This UPS store overall has really bad customer service. I went for shipping services. The UPS representative did not greet me, was smacking the keyboard and other desk accessories and clearly was not in the best mood. Someone that works in customer service should be friendly and confirm and or let you know each step of the process while making you feel welcomed. This is not the first time I encountered poor service at this location.

Staff at Las Olas store is so swift and helpful. Sean and the whole gang gets you in and out with no hassles, every time!

Awful customer service. I was at the door at 3:50pm on Saturday. The rep locked the door in front of me and said “I’m done for the day” even though the sign said they close at 4pm. The place wasn’t busy and they would not let me in even while they were still other customers inside. If I could leave less than one star I would.

Shawn (Sean?) really had the process of shipping down to a science. Super personable and professional. The other guy was cool too but didn’t catch his name.

They lost my phone that was suppose to be returned for a credit. I saw in the reviews that im not the first person this happened to at this store.

Fast service! Didn’t wait too long in the line. I returned a few Amazon items at this store. I received great customer service from Shaun. He also went an extra mile to help me find the QR Codes on my phone. It was my first time returning items from Amazon ?. I will definitely come again. Hopefully I can get great parking next time around finger crossed!

Great location and customer service every time! Even at their busiest, they give each customer undivided attention always with a great disposition. Sean was especially helpful today when I forgot to print my return label and seal my package as I had been instructed. He did it all for me! Glad I work within walking distance of this location. ?

I am visiting from Canada and ended up needing an urgent print job. I ordered online but (unfortunately) chose a day when the system was down.When I arrived to pick up my order - which could not be done through the online system - the guys offered me a solution and took care of me on the spot.Not only was the customer service excellent but I feel that they went above and beyond what may be expected to take care of my needs.Kudos to two great representatives of UPS, and thanks for all of the extra effort.

I was well taken care of even one in the store was very kind and receptive but i would really like to point out that Sean was the one who served me and was very kind patient and took his time helping me and making sure everything went well i am one satisfied costumer. Ypur company is very blessed and lucky to have him.

Jean the guy at the front desk decided it was ok to close the store 15 minutes early so I couldn’t mail my urgent items….very sad

Excellent location and great service. My experience has always been good. Never had to wait more than five minutes, and that's with 3-5 people in line.

Shaun was terrific & helpful, as well as Joseph. Shaun was professional, polite & so willing to be helpful and very kind to this 81 yr old man! Very grateful!! And it is so close to my apt on 1& 1/2 blocks from me.
