My preprinted label would not scan when I took my package into the store. I had to email a new label to the store for printing. They charged me $3.50 for basically printing one sheet of paper. Fedex charges $0.30 per page if you use a copier to print. I told the assistant that it was outrageous. She said she does not make the policies.

you guys definitely need new workers those two Spanish women working are very unprofessional I went there last week to send out a quick ship box where I scan the
qr code in the box it for me they tell me that they don't have the receipt part for the click and ship and I need to go to another UPS location I told her that's fine I don't need a receipt she says no you do need it to go to another UPS location turns out that QR code which expired a waste of my time at the other location it's been a week from then and i'm literally calling to ask her if their machine is fixed and she tells me to hold literally walks away from the phone for four minutes then I hear the phone tapping I'm saying hello hello she hangs up on me and now she's hanging up on me when I call back every time tell me if it was fixed or not or if you're waiting on an answer why are you purposely dropping the calls absolutely disgusting

BEWARE! Had 3 Amazon packages delivered here as we are traveling. When we arrived, we were told as we are not a mailbox holder at this store we would have to pay a $20 per package ransom. Have sent many packages from Amazon to other UPS stores and never heard of this extortion.

Besides the incompetence of the employees, the owner himself also sucks. He’s generally off putting which would be alright if he was a nice guy but he’s not. Case in point he just charged me
$2.15 to print a label for postage I paid for online. Never had any other location charge me for this in the past.

This is without question the worst run UPS Store in South Florida. Every time I enter (strictly because I use the dry cleaners next door and it’s convenient), I immediately regret it. The place is a zoo with zero organization.
Today I brought in a Happy Return that was clearly marked “No Label or Box needed” and the associate said he could not take it without a box “because that’s how he was taught.” Brought it to the UPS Store further North on Federal and returned with no issues. Save yourself the headache, stress, and time, and head a couple miles North on Federal to that location instead.

The workers at this store are incredibly racist. This is the third time I’ve been here and ignored for Hispanic customers. This incidence they asked me to step to the side to scan returns and helped a line of customers before me.
It’s unfortunate and treating customers like this is not okay.

The woman helping me was very nice and the price to ship was reasonable, organized and expedited service. Fairly quick even at rush hour!

I have been going to this UPS for quite sometimes now, and each time I leave, I am just so impressed with the way they run their business. They are on TOP of their game! You know it will get done right... It's a busy place and they know how to run their business.

just awful (and i hate writing a bad review)! they have no wifi (they complained they needed a booster)? WAIT.. WHAT??? i have a small business, and no time for this store ever again! "the las olas/hwy1 store was awesome btw" (they totally bailed me out yesterday:)
