Danielle and the friendly helpful staff upon this location are immaculate. I am so thankful for their help and professionalism. Each time I have came to this location for work printing packages etc they have left me smiling and helped me to accomplish whatever the task at hand. I genuinely appreciate such kind and careful service! If I could leave a 10 star review it still wouldn’t be enough. Thank you so much.

I had to go in for FBI finger print service. The store had just opened. Both myself and the other customer were there for fingerprints. Gabriel was by himself. The finger print machine was not cooperating. Between having to help customers coming in with packages and helping me with the finger print machine, Gabriel remained friendly, patient and helpful. Because he was so great I offered to buy him coffee+. By the time I got back he was helping the 2nd person with the fingerprint machine with the same pleasant demeanor. Awesome guy! He deserves a raise!!!! Thank you Gabriel. I wished that all people in your line of work were as great as you are. I see Regional Manager title for you in your future!

Manager Michelle needs a major attitude check and some geography help. Refused to notarize a document stating owner occupied. I live in the same neighborhood as this store and she wants to argue that It is in Miami dade?
