This UPS store used to provide an excellent service. It has changed. I have visited it twice this week. Today (Saturday) only 2 persons were in charge. Saturdays are very busy. One of them need more training. Approximately 15-20 people waiting in the store since they focused only in one client for more than 30 minutes. All the clients were inpatient, aggravated and frustrated while waiting in the line. There was no flow. If this is not fixed this store will lose considerable amount of clients. People were leaving since some of them were waiting near 1 hour to get their packages send. Please provide adequate and efficient training as soon as possible otherwise clients will skip this store and leave. Also have clients doing their packages before coming to the store and not in the store. This fact affects the flow. It is also important to educate the clients. I hope all of this is fixed because many clients were very frustrated and upset. All their afternoon was spend at the UPS. Hope my words are taken in a good way as a positive critique. These are aspects that need to improve ASAP since the services have deteriorated significantly.

definitely overpriced. They might be price gouging because they’re by the beach they identify as Price gouges $17 for a box that cost six dollars everywhere else is crazy
