Staff is courteous and professional, kind, patience and are willing to help. Easy in and out. The notary services experience if awesome, the guy that did this is super professional, attentive to details. It was excellent experience! Thank you!!!!!!

Worst customer service experience …. Everyone has an attitude here… I brought packages to return to sender, they are all in a bag already still the agents at this store wanted me to buy their packaging which was not required.Waste of time calling corporate to make a formal complaint.The only way to avoid others having the same experience is sharing it via a review.Poor customer service, management and lack of quality employees.

It’s happened 3 times to me now that I show up at 8:15am and doors are locked and no one is there. It’s frustrating since the most convenient time to drop things off are in the morning. Store location is great but idk why the store is never open when they say it will be open.

Staff is always courteous and professional. Easy in and out. Never a long wait. Parking can be challenging in that area, but they have their own private spot.

The team at UPS store #6699, especially Rose, went above and beyond to help in my time of need!! They made sure that my fragile, valuable package made it safely! The personal care that was taken and the attention to detail was excellent! THANK YOU!!!!!!

I've been coming to this store for a couple of years now. I choose them over any other store. Today, I was denied to drop off a package going to asurion. It was for a damaged device, and today is the last day to return. A gentleman in the store I've seen before said it is this stores policy that they don't allow any packages to be dropped off for asurion because its a liability?? All packages being dropped off are a liability ? I've never heard of such a policy. Asurion said they've never had this issue with ups before either. I've reported this to UPS head quarters as I'm sure I'm not the only one. This is a franchise, and if UPS said they accept these packages, your store should not be any different. #Store6699, you have 1 job.. thank goodness there are plenty of stores in the area.Update: I dropped off the package at another ups store. They accepted and stated they could take the phone they just couldn't provide a receipt. At the end of the day, they gave me the option. Unlike this store. The owner of this store stated they did me a favor by not accepting it? Why should you choose what's best for my situation? I'd warn and explain the possible outcomes and allow the customer to decide whether or not to move forward as the other store did.This is feedback.
