Amit Patel went above and beyond today! Not only did he efficiently scan my QR code and another customer’s at the same time (like a pro!), but he did it all with a pleasant attitude, respectful demeanor, and genuine kindness. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of calm, courtesy, and multitasking magic to customer service. We need more Amits in the world, people who make even the smallest interactions feel smooth and appreciated. Thank you, Amit! 👏💫

This location on Federal Highway, just above Bayview, did a wonderful job at helping me pack and ship my prints. I was very pleased with their attitude, clarity, and appreciation of their customers.

If you need one page printed, they also charge you for a full hour of computer use. $1.99 + $.24 per page. That is excessive. I didn’t touch a computer.

I am a regular visitor to this UPS. Kris has been absolutely phenomenal to work with! Employees you meet there are always incredibly polite, but Kris takes the cake. He is the most hardworking, kind and helpful gentleman I have ever had the pleasure to meet. What makes the difference? Consistency! Kris is always there, he’s down to earth and incredibly personable. It would be a detriment to your company to lose such a valuable team player.

Amazing customer service. Every time I go in there, I'm greeted quickly and out of there and minutes. Today the saleswoman went above and beyond to help me with six Amazon returns. Taking the time to help me navigate through my phone to get the proper information I needed for my transaction

I’ve never been charged for a paper envelope when shipping a check at any other UPS store besides this one. It has always been included in the rate. This franchise charges $2.15 additional for a simple envelope. Cost me $16.57 to ship a paper check ground. Will go to the other store up the road that has them included in their shipping rate.
