Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The woman named “Lovely” was shockingly rude—not just to me, but to several other customers as well. Her attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, and she made the entire experience unnecessarily unpleasant. It’s astonishing that someone with such a demeanor is working in a customer-facing role.

Cute and clean USPS near all the shops. I don't know why there are bad reviews. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Didn't feel a typical slow post post office. Even while the clerk was helping me she checked on a customer looking for something on the shelves. Multitasking and helpful .

Bad costumer service.
Today I came by 11.52 AM and the lady that was working wasn’t nice responding my question.
She was like idk with a not nice attitude.
I was only asking if I could see how much would cost to ship something from here to another location and she didn’t respond nice.
She gave an attitude, like don’t want it to do her job.
I know working in this types of jobs (were you offer some type of customer service ) aren’t always easy bc sometimes they have to deal with difficult customers. But if I come in a nice manner, it would be nice to get the same back.

I don't know who was working at this location May 1, 2025 from 3:30 to 4 PM, but the lady that was at the front didn't provide good service I told her I needed a label for my package that I was sending and she told me I had to write write it on the label so I did and when I tried to pay for it, she told me it was gonna be a different price than the other location I go to and I asked why was it more.
She didn't weight it and I asked her how could I make it cheaper because the package wasn't big enough or heavy to cost that much and I just needed an explanation and clarification on the services. She did not explain patiently, which I think is the first thing she is supposed to do at her job and while I'm was still talking still trying to understand, she rudely interrupted me and told me she was gonna take care of other customer that had gotten there in less then five minutes, ignoring providing service to me who was first.
Would love to know that this lady is spoken to about the way that she offers service because that was terrible and unprofessional.
Make her superior train her more on how to do her job properly.
Would not recommend doing services at this location.

Terrible service. 6 Parcels are broken, priority delivery in 7 days did not even leave Florida. Another parcel was lost at the post office

This is maybe the last post office in Broward County with fast service thanks to John. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. John was very knowledgeable and just overall great service!!! I couldn't leave without writing a review because he multi-tasks to address everyones needs expeditiously.

Is today a holiday? 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and only the lobby was available. No retail. Hours are wrong or the staffing is so bad they just shut the store without even putting up a sign. I'm lucky I had a prepaid dropoff. They don't even have a kiosk here!
