I was there 4:54 pm and they lock the door to not allow anybody else come in! The schedule is until 5 PM and the people there they close early TODAY and I had the experience too they don't open on time! Unbelievable

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at the local post office. Upon entering, I noticed a young lady who was not dressed in the usual postal uniform. She stood behind the counter, wearing a cheetah print hat, and seemed to be in a sour mood from the moment I approached her.To set the context, I had patiently waited for nearly 20 minutes behind an unattended counter. During my wait, I could hear what seemed like yelling coming from the back of the post office, which added to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. However, I remained hopeful that my interaction with the postal staff would be smooth.Unfortunately, my encounter with the girl in the cheetah print hat quickly turned sour. She immediately showed a dismissive and confrontational attitude towards me as soon as I approached the counter. It became apparent that she had little interest in assisting me, citing an issue with the labels on my package.What perplexed me the most was that, in all my previous visits to the post office, the process had been swift and hassle-free. The postal workers would scan the code on the labels, tape them down, and I would be on my way. However, this particular individual neither scanned the code nor offered any assistance in taping down the labels.Given the circumstances, it was evident that this employee was well aware that I had already endured a lengthy wait in line. Rather than providing the usual level of service, she chose to make things unnecessarily difficult for me. Moreover, she accused me of being disrespectful and having an attitude, despite my attempts to remain calm and polite throughout the encounter.It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially when relying on a service that should be efficient and customer-oriented. It is my belief that employees should strive to exceed customer expectations, particularly when they are aware of the challenges faced during the waiting process.My experience at this post office was marred by the unhelpful attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by the girl in the cheetah print hat. I hope that the management takes note of such incidents and works towards maintaining a more customer-centric environment.

My review is basically about incompetence. The person who helped me, though pleasant enough, was incompetent. She input the wrong zip code on the scan bar so now my package is in a loop going between the ops-locka and Fort Lauderdale distribution centers. It has just completed its 5th circuit. This person also did not orally state the address for delivery as I’ve seen others at USPS do. At this rate my package may arrive in about 20 years

Absolute WORST RUDE customer service and employees, NO SENSE OF URGENCY OR COURTESY OR ANY CLUE !!! I have a PO BOX HERE!!!! Like help a person out!!!?

Always long wait because only 1 person is working, even if there are 2 of them there.. What is going on with this place? In Europe, in my country it's minimum 5 postal workers waiting for you at the post office, even if our population is way smaller... These guys here hate their life, give them something to be happy about!!

Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the woman that was working today but if the world had more places run by her, it would be a much more organized place. I was really happy with the customer service I got today. This is the only post office I’ll go to from now on

Not surprised, but absolutely the worst customer service. Ask a simple question and they give you attitude all while basically saying they are too lazy to help me. Avoid at all costs - it's what they want anyway!

Poor service. Arrived 11:50am, on a Saturday and closes at noon.There was a line all the way to the door with one attendant helping customers. There was a second attendant, but instead of helping customers she was just standing at the end of the line guarding the door.

If business hours state that it’s open until 5 PM you are required by law to service a paying customer. If a client walks in in at 4:57PM and was told “we’re closed” that is incorrect. You then tell them it's 3 minutes until 5 and it's still business hours and they reply “you better have your package ready to go by the time the people in front of you are serviced”. Once finding out it was an international shipment she changed her mind and said it's too late because she is the only one there and it will take her too long to mail internationally. I can’t think of any business to refuse a service during working hours because she simply does not feel like servicing me because they are understaffed. Rude staff and typical behavior of people miserable from the moment they walk in until the moment they kick you out before business hours are actual over.

This place is so slow, the clerk is courteous but she could use some help. There is so self service machine, the place is messy and could use so serious upgrades. There is also no sense in urgency to get customers in and out.

I don’t blame the employees at the front for this cause this is obviously out of their control but it’s ridiculous on how much $ goes into the USPS and this location can’t get more employees to help alleviate the other employees and get customers in and out.
