Nasty employees, very bad management is not our fault situation inside. We only here to deliver. Never again. Door said close at 6:30 pm but employees do what they want and close it at 5:00 pm with nothing kicking customers out. Very rude and unprofessional with lack of management.

Friendly staff. Never that busy when I go. Lot of self entitled customers. Good parking.

The best USPS office experience for the last 10 years across many states. Professional understanding of the nature of my problem, willingness to help, friendly and welcome people.

Walked in there to just drop off a package with a scan code, extremely long line, I just wanted to ask the lady in the front if I needed to wait in line, even if I had a scan code, the lady proceeds to roll her eyes and give me a bunch of sassy attitude, then tries to humiliate me in front of all the customers by basically asking them What should I do instead of just answering a simple yes, or no question that I was asking from the representative who works there. Also while in line the worker in question screams and announces “we have no more priority envelopes left (they ran out of their own supplies smh) and if we needed that service to go elsewhere”Basically if you want, sassy, black attitude, and lazy customer service , come to this place often they know they can’t get fired as there is no complaint line believe me I’ve tried. avoid any USPS post office, especially this one at all cost.

Our 7-apartment address hasn't gotten our mail or packages delivered in weeks. They have all been sent to ONE house, similar address but it is St vs. Ave and the zip code is different; I've seen an image of the incorrect USPS label that they put on the package with my name and the other address on it, the new post office is putting blame on the vendors, but I've gotten the same package bi-monthly for 3 years and never had an issue with the address or delivery. Spoke to my neighbor this morning and they have been having the same issue. Reading these reviews, makes it clear. And unfortunately, without this package, I can't see - which means I won't be able to drive to get to work.. SMHUpdate: I spoke with the manager last week, who said she will have the mail carrier START delivering mail to us again, still nothing. I had my vendor resend my package with our street’s alternate name, 10/7 - I received a text that it was Delivered at 3:40pm, then at 3:41 Scan History on USPS Informed Delivery says it was Refused by Addressee, this is RIDICULOUS. Especially with the end of the year coming up - holiday cards & presents, W-2, insurance cards, etc.

wish i could give it zero stars went in yesterday to send an express item had to wait forever because the one clerk without a nametagkept boasting she had 38 years knew all the rules etc. Refused to give a young lady a change of address form, to wait in line for one, then misinformed her she could not turn it there because she lived in another zip code, which is an out and out lie, but she knows the rules. Then again, somebody there has to be blamed there were none of those forms out where people could get them, just like there were no express labels on the floor.

My carrier often fails to stop at my house. I know this because I watch them drive by when I'm tracking my mail and packages. Then I get a notice on tracking that they didn't have access to deliver. Yet my mailbox is out by the street, and I have no fences, gates, or animals to block the path from the street to my front door.

Calling them is useless. The menu doesn't give me the options I need, and when I try to speak to a person, I get hung up on. Their automated phone customer service is garbage...

Package showed picked up by customer after being delayed three days, I never requested this and never picked it up... Absolute joke. This is what happens when the government runs an organization.

I've been in many USPS freedom pembroke pines to Miami and never seen employees getting out of the office to assist customers. Place was full, but the ladies were so nice from helping customers to even looking for materials to send packages. That was an Awww moment. This will become my new USPS store Congratulations!!!

The other reviews are pretty accurate. Unfortunately I have had packages marked as delivered that never appeared. I have had packages marked as “Hold at the location per customer request”that I never requested. When I finally complained, the next day, the carrier just threw the packages on the floor of the mailbox bank for anyone to take. You can see there are large storage lockers available for them to use in the pics, but they opted to not give a fu!k and leave them in the open. There is seriously a problem with this location.

Shout out to Virginia! Work is never fun for anyone, but when I entered the post office I could instantly tell that Virginia was having a great day. Extremely friendly and she put a smile on each person’s face that she spoke to while I was there, even customers that weren’t being attended by her. On top of this, I made a mistake with my packaging and she was quick to help me out and offered a smarter solution.
