i sent out 5 packages from here. i left it at the drop off area (i already paid for my labels on shopify which i always do) every single package was sent back to me and im unable to get a refund.

Its now 2:45 pm. Sign says out to lunch, back at 4pm. There was a guy with a box waiting for 15 mins already out front. How does USPS give their workers 1.5 hour lunches? They close at 5pm. What is going on?
