Vishal is the best! He’s professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He was able to remove an Apple Watch from my boyfriend’s account despite us trying to do so on our own with the customer service rep on the phone.
He spent 3 hours on the phone with two different service reps trying to figure out why my phone wouldn’t activate when we switched it to my boyfriend’s account. He walked us through all the possibilities of what was happening/could happen and asked us to come back the next day.
We went back the second day, the problem was resolved in 30 minutes. He called to let us know when he would be in so we could meet him there and not wait more time.
On top of that, he was able to get my original promo to transfer (originally the possibility of it transferring was slim), which saved us even more money.
We will now be going to him for all of our Verizon needs.

Worse service ever do not buy or trust this people they stole my money after 3 months dealing with terrible signal problems they cant resolve it and now they cant take the phones back this is unaccaptable they dont give you any exit they cant resolve the disaster they have as a signal my phone doent have signal not even in my house and keeps showing sos signal wich is no signal at all all the time i dont recomend verizon and this store do not trust them

Should've purchased my device and did my trade in online as I intended because the promos I was suppose to receive that were discussed with Vishal haven't been credited. Vishal, who's allegedly a manager, also promised an $100 credit if I tried out the internet service but didn't want to keep it. This same manager tried to downplay the interenet service I had with At&t, just to offer me service that had lower download speeds at a higher price than At&t. So yeah they're false advertising over there. This is the worst cellular service I've ever had.

I went on January 31 since they did not take our personal information properly, it was mandatory to go for security. Pay for 2 months of internet without activating Netflix benefits. Then they told me that if Zambians my phone line for Verizon the plan cut me 45 a month, which was a lie and I saw in the application that it was 75 a month 😡 and I lost the money from my other plan, now I will leave again before I don't know how much they are going to charge me for 17 days I will tell you, they are going to charge me for those days I am very angry, apart from the plans they sell with Netflix and Disney are the commercial ones or the more expensive then I feel cheated and they lie to sell 😡😡😡😡😡

This store is the absolute tits. Juan, Tom, Alejandro, and most of all Colin have been super accommodating and professional in helping me to get my home internet set up and to claim a rebate card and even when I decided to change my purchase, they were able to help me in an expeditious manner and were super friendly and made me feel valued.
Im seriously thinking about switching my phone service to Verizon based on the amazing deals and the efficiency of their (handsome) staff. Thanks guys!

He claimed to sell me a phone and plan for $75 and then i agree to that then get the phone and my bill is $149 and that store does not have a phone number to call I have his personal number on his business card and he has ignored my calls for mutiple days to correct the issue , he did text me saying he did not mean to answer my call . BEWARE OF THIS STORE NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME TO FIX ANY ISSUES AND LIED TO ME TO MAKE A SALE AVOID THIS PLACE AND AGENT ERIC POLANCO

$40 protective case with life time warranty called a part. Store has informed me they cannot give me replacement. T-Mobile used to give me support. 2 months left on my contract. I am going back to T-Mobile signal is not good. Service is not good. They used to be a good company 10 years ago but no more. They lost me for life.

Deplorable customer service. Their inability to solve a simple technology issue is pretty pathetic. The management and staff were incredibly rude. They were closing. It was 7 o’clock on a Saturday night. They had poor attitudes and sent me to an alternate store, they claimed was 10 minutes away. In fact, it was 25 minutes away. Delaying some very important processes with my technology. In addition they claim Apple gave me the wrong information even though the technician had written down the instructions for Verizon. This is the same song and dance. I got each time I’m at Verizon. Unfortunately they treat you like a ping-pong ball. Sending you back-and-forth with misguided information. Steer clear from this location.
