I went in there with a problem and Joseph rectified it immediately. The service is great. It is clean and organized. Will continue to pick up my prescriptions there.

they are the worst . ales you feel like a drug addict every time I go and try to get the relief I need to operate and live. they should be ashamed of themselves . If I could give 0 stars and revoke the pharmacists license, i would. Youre not a doctor, just someone who dispenses pills And went to school for 2 years. Not 8 years . Stop acting like it

The customer service in the pharmacy is terrible and has been for years. The tone on the phone and the lack of care in concern for customers is sad. I spoke with La Keisha today and I was so taken back by how rude she was. Lots of room for improvement on customer service.

The workers were really rude. I will never be going here again. CVS down the street doesn't have this negative vibe. They will be getting my business from this point forward.

Rude customer service at the pharmacy. This is the second year in a row I attempted to walk in for a flu shot and left because of the terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Go to CVS or Publix pharmacy instead. Looks like the 1- 2 stars on google and yelp are spot on.

I went to this location a week ago to get my second COVID-19 booster. For people who are immunocompromised, the CDC guidelines indicate three shots in the initial series and then two boosters, for a total of five shots. I was refused the fifth vaccination even though I explained the CDC guidelines. I dealt with a young blonde white lady, not sure if she was a pharmacist or a pharmacy technician. She refused to look up the CDC guidelines and basically said I was lying. I did call the national customer service number and filled a complaint but have no response back yet. Unfortunately it also looks like nobody monitors this forum from Walgreens either. I just wonder how many others were turned away because their pharmacy staff refused to look up the CDC recommendations and their own vaccination policy.
