5 Stars for Nicole all the way. She was so polite with her warm greeting and bright smile as well upon my checking out she was also most helpful with helpful hints on how to stay healthy. Walgreens your Nicole associate is setting the bar high.

Really bad customer service. Waited a while at the drive thru with being acknowledged, then wasn’t greeted. Samyra then took a long time to return with my prescription. No thank you, have a nice day she just drop the script in the box.
Unfortunately my Walgreens on 84 has closed so I’m forced to come to this store, really considering transferring to cvs or an online pharmacy.
Do better Walgreens!!!

The pharmacy here goes above and beyond with amazing customer service in an era where customer service is non existent. The pharmacist was there this morning when I dropped off my prescription at 9am when they opened, and she was there with a warm greeting and a smile when I picked up my prescription at 8:45pm. She had to go out of her way to fill a prescription for me that would have only been partially filled based on the limited stock that they had when I dropped it off. I had procrastinated going to the pharmacy and have a surgery in the morning. She did not have to inconvenience herself because of my procrastination. But she did, and I am very grateful.

The pharmacy department excels in service, I am sure they never have enough help, as at all of their drug stores these days, but they still manage to be fantastic. Walgreens needs to know great service means great profits

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not purchase Visa Vanilla gift cards here they are a scam. I purchased one as a birthday gift by the time the recipient tried to use it, already had 3 transactions on it.

Went in there to pick up my prescription the other day and arrived just after 130. They informed me that they go to lunch from 1:30 to 2:30 so they cannot help me. I have a busy schedule so I had to come back the next day when I came back. It was 125 and they were leaving early, I got there and And said can you please allow me to pick up my prescription? I know you close at 1:30 but I see you’re already walking out. Gentleman was very nice and explained to me that they leave early for lunch so they can make it back in time and another lady laughed in my face And kept walking. I know this is a corporate branch in this review will probably make no difference, but the people at the pharmacy should be embarrassed that now I have to come back again as a mom with a newborn and try to figure out how I can pick up the prescription when I did they already There are some people in this world that want to help and there are other others who only care about themselves unfortunately, this pharmacy is the ladder

The company, not just this store, does not understand the importance of getting a patient their medicine. Time and time again they are out of stock on regular medicines. They constantly fail to inform you, the app simply says "in progress" until you call and find out they are out of stock. Many times a drug I must have needs to be ordered. I get it every month, why does it have to be ordered? Use a pharmacist that cares, it is not them.

Pharmacy staff poured pill jars on the dirty floor and then threw them into a box for dispensing to customers. So yeah your pills will be in dirty jars, great.

My husband and I stopped by this Walgreens to pick up two packs of toilet tissue and our puppies some dog food.. I had the urge to use the restroom as soon as we walked in the store being that I’m 7 months pregnant I was told that the restroom is out of order and when my husband mention to SHANDE (so you’re here all day without using the restroom her response was the manager told her to say that the restrooms are out of order. As a paying customer why would you deny a pregnant woman to use the restroom… I had to use the bathroom so bad I literally had to go to my car to pee. Something needs to done about that. She said the store manager name is Kevin but when asked his last name she said she didn’t know it and when asked the night manger name she refuse to give it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and a disgrace to the human race. Smh but can have her friends in there charging their phone

Came here to fill a specialty medication. They did not tell me they do not have it in stock. They didn't tell me that I had to go to a different location.Instead what they DID do, is create an absolute headache for me. I brought the script in on Monday. Took until Wednesday for me to get a reference number. They sent me to the walgreens specialty pharmacy that DOESNT accept my insurance (already gave them my insurance card. They could have looked this up) for a medication that costs $18k without it.Then I got another reference number who claimed they'll look for a place that can ship my medications. I wake up on Friday to find that they sent my medications to Colorado after I reconfirmed I live in Florida 3 times.The pharmacy in Denver was absolutely speechless when I explained how I was treated and that this location should be assisting me more. Once I called this store to have my script transferred to a location that I could actually pick up my meds, the lady I spoke to insisted I call the same number that didn't accept my insurance and the other speciality number that sent my medication to Colorado. She did not listen to me when I said I live in Florida by saying "well, you could go pick it up in Denver."It was only until I explained my situation to another walgreens speciality rep who stated "This is unacceptable" and finally got the help I needed to get my medication that stops my immune system from attacking my brain.They did not care. They didn't try to assist me in any way. They brushed me off and treated me like a nuisance. If you want to be treated like a human being? Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
