willful incompetence last night not that late, my physician called in for placid, the anti-Covid medication. He added prednisone as a secondary. As is typical, the pharmacy didn't have it in stock, but sent us to a second location where they only gave us the prednisone. This kind of incompetence is frequent at Walgreens, because corporate decisions are made in order to ration pills without any concern for dispensing medicine. The pharmacist are overworked and underpaid. It is purely corporate decisions. I will never use this gross excuse for a medical provider ever again

A majority of my medications are immediately put into Delayed status and never updated even after a week. Makes taking medications that are on a 30 day cadence very difficult, especially if there's any side effects from not having said medication.

Absolute garbage place, employees have an attitude. On their phone. Act like they’re doing you a favour when assisting you! It’s your job

On two different occasions the same girl at the photo center is rude for no apparent reason. This time around she went on to curse and say “I just printed your sh*t out this morning” when frustrated when she couldn’t find my order. I ignored her attitude the first time, but I can’t a second especially if I did not greet her with any negativity whatsoever. This Walgreens needs to do better and soon.

Friendly employees though they refuse to give cash back on debit cards which is annoying. This store occasionally closes early without warning (at least they put up a sign that they are closed I guess). I don't like unexpected closings. I emailed their corporate office and received a generic response that their manager would respond (they didn't). Very disappointing.

I few days ago, I was in the area and I realized I needed some envelopes to mail something urgent. I stopped at this Walgreens and I was surprised on how expensive their office supplies were. Definitely not a Dollar Tree price point. I did my unit price comparison and I decided to drive a bit further and spend a few extra minutes to get a better deal somewhere else. They have a fairly good size office supply section, but the prices are definitely set for "convenience shopping".

Have had a prescription with them for years, and have usually chosen to get it delivered via Express Delivery without issue. The past two times, however, I have had problems with FedEx marking my package as delivered without actually having delivered it. The first time the package showed up the next day, so I chalked it up to a new delivery guy delivering it to my building's office and not knowing they were supposed to drop it off at my door. The second time, however, I received a text saying it was delivered, only to once again look outside and not find anything at my door. This happened on Wednesday, so I gave it a day or two, double-checking with the office to make sure the package was not anywhere else in the building, before calling the pharmacy on Saturday. I was told that both the pharmacy and store manager were off, but the store manager would be back on Monday. Called first thing this morning, asking specifically for the store manager, and was transferred to a woman who apparently was not the manager, as now he "won't be in until tomorrow". As I am leaving on a monthlong trip starting Wednesday, continually waiting for a manager is out of the question. She basically said that they give everyone the Express Delivery option, that they had never had a problem with it before, and it was on me that the package had not arrived. Therefore, the only thing they were willing to do was fill another prescription for me (which would cost $150), and then they could fill out a ticket with FedEx. So basically, they were going to let me be out $150 plus the $25 I had already paid, instead of shouldering the cost since they were the ones who chose to ship with FedEx (the Express Delivery option does not give you a choice of carrier). At this point I am going to call my doctor and have them transfer the prescription; if I am going to have to spend an additional $150, I'd much rather give it to another pharmacy.

Worst Walgreens in Fort Lauderdale! Closes store early everyday of the week as the store personal pleases. This is pathetic that Walgreens would allow their store to operate this way

The staff is very helpful. The store is very clean and organized. What I don't like about this Walgreens is they do not have healthy choices of frozen food, And there snacks are very unhealthy, sometimes out of products I use, too. Also, I don't feel safe here, because people always outside begging for money. The parking lot is dirty. The store is empty. No Heineken. No Blue moon. No good beers. Should just close it if you cant stick it. The shelves are a mess in coolers. And dirty!

Many shelves are half empty and the staff is extremely rude. Definitely don't recommend this place unless you want to be called names by the employees.
