If you have a few hours to spare and like bad attitude, this pharmacy if for you!
Pharmacists are awful. Move at a glacial pace. Don't open on time. Casually show up 5 min later and don't even bother to hurry and get the line going. An hour later meds are not just not filled but Miss Pharmacists has an attitude about it. Needs to be fired at the very least.

The description says 24 hours but the store is closed at 1 am. Fix your hours if you are going to close the store

Was at Walgreens drive thru today at 1:15 there was one car in front of me. For some reason it took 15 minutes to get her prescription. I don’t understand why they didn’t ask her to go inside. I beeped my horn a couple of times. She was finally thru and it was 1:30 as I drove up to the window they closed the shutters. I pressed the yellow button told them I was waiting 15 minutes did not make a difference they remained closed. They only reason I use them is because they are preferred pharmacy with my insurance. Back in December they gave me the wrong dosage of a prescription. Not qualified to be a pharmacy go elsewhere. They are rude and incompetent!!

Nancy and Naomi thoroughly clean the restrooms daily. As a DOORDASH Dasher I appreciate clean public restrooms. That location is one of them!

Overcharged $6 by the woman at the front. She seemed like she needed more training.
The items here are significantly higher priced than other Walgreens nearby and in other Florida cities and the store was also under stocked or missing popular common items, like in the travel section.
The man working seemed helpful though.
Praying God blesses this store with peace, kindness, love, and safety. Take care.

I asked this location to transfer my meds to Hollywood location on Stirling road, they said to call them. I did, but it took this location SO LONG to conduct the return transaction that an entire week went by, missing the delivery. Very disappointed that I didn’t get the medication I needed on the first delivery, and in fact, got medication that I don’t need, then had to wait for another delivery for the Medication I did need. They are either short staffed and overwhelmed, or they wanted to keep the sale at the Sunrise location, failing to put the customer’s needs above their interest.

THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IS HORRIBLE. EVERYTHING IS LOCKED AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT EVERYTIME FOR SOMEONE TO RUN FROM THE REGISTER TO COME OPEN FOR YOU TO CHECK OUT WHAT YOU WANNA BUY. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I ENDED UP JUST GOING TO PUBLIX ACROSS THE STREET AND MADE PURCHASE FOR 100$ WHERE IT DIDNT FEEL LIKE A PRISON WHILE ENJOYING SHOPPING. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WALGREEN. NOONE WANTS TO STEAL YOUR ITEMS THAT BAD.. IT MAKES THE STORE VERY UNAPPEALING TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. WEIRD CONCEPT AND VERY UNAMERICAN.
YOU NEED A NEW MANAGER THERE. IVE NEVER SEEN SO MANY LOCKS IN A STORE FOR PEOPLE TO SHOP🤯 WHAT A TURN OFF IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS FOR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT THAT WALGREENS..I WOULD.. YUCK

I just moved to Florida. I have been on the same medication and same dose for 15 yrs.
I am happy to say that I told one of my Doctors I wanted to try to taper off. She told me it was ok, but not to over do it fast. She said it would be harmful.
And here we go.
The Pharmacist refused to fill it at all.
He said he couldn’t find a record of me taking it.
All he had to do was look up Walgreens where I used to live.
I will get this fixed. And I am aware that some people have a safety issue. And I appreciate that.
However when a Doctor gives you a legitimate prescription. I don’t think there should be a question . And they wonder why so many people are just angry.

I am consistently impressed by the exceptional customer service I receive from Suzzette at this Walgreens location. Every time I visit, Suzzette goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and efficient experience. Her friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and willingness to help are truly remarkable. Service was on point. There isn't alot of selection for clothing but the bathing towels and beach items were what we needed. Otherwise, there is a section of travel size toiletries at the front.

I just had the most unpleasant experience trying to pick up medication that was filled. I have a serious mental health disorder, and when I arrived, discovered that one of my prescriptions which prevents episodes was not filled. I explained to one of the pharmacist my situation ; even went to the length of getting personal and telling her that I cannot afford to be baker acted due to the circumstances I am dealt. One of the other pharmacists named Wendy came close to the window while she was trying to resolve the issue. Wendy overheard this. I was near crying and having a panic attack concerned for my safety, the safety of the public and the safety of my child. Wendy thought that it was an appropriate behavior to laugh at my circumstances.
It’s going to be very hard for me to change pharmacies because that one is close to my house and I have very little time. However, unless that staff member is removed from the store…It is very unlikely that I’ll ever go back. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.
The girl at the window was able to resolve my issue for me however, she got me five days of medication, even though I had received a text message that they would be at the store that evening. Defying the odds of mental illness and handling my life rather than being on the streets is a huge success story. Not a laughing matter. There was zero social appropriation tonight.if it were a hospital- I’d say zero to bedside manner :-/

They advertise the pharmacy as 24 hours and it is not! The only 24 hr pharmacy is in Davie. Hopefully the management can do the simple task of updating the hours online. I was i desperate need of medication and I have to wait another day to get it because the hours were improperly listed on the site.
