Waited for over twenty minutes for the pharmacy to open this morning. Was told it was due to traffic, yet I saw the tech walk in and go into the employee only room at 5 minutes before 9 am.
When the pharmacist came in, he looked like he had a very rough weekend.
And yet with a line of over 6 people waiting in line, the tech was very rude and did not express any care to help customers with any professional courtesy.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walgreens location. The staff was unprofessional, inattentive, and seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. I was made to wait unnecessarily while the employee stayed on a personal call, completely ignoring me at the billing counter.
There also appeared to be a noticeable discrimination between customers. Certain customers were given preferential treatment, while others, like me, were treated with a dismissive, indifferent attitude. The vibe of the place was unwelcoming and unpleasant, which left a bad impression overall.
On top of that, the prices are extremely high, and the so-called deals and discounts are misleading at best. They don’t offer any real value, making the experience feel like a waste of time and money.
This store clearly lacks proper training for its staff and customer service standards. I would not recommend shopping here unless these issues are addressed.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Receptionist is on a personal call, ignores you, is eating chips, and acts offended when asked a simple question. I’d prefer a self checkout over dealing with this unpleasant employee.

Never go here. The rudest staff in the pharmacy. Even after you wait patiently, they will have an attitude. It also has a horrible smell when you walk in.

Visiting from out of town and
Needed an emergency supply of antibiotics. Response was unsupportive and borderline rude. Even kept my doctor’s office on hold and failed to respond to them. I finally took an Uber over there and picked up my prescription and informed doctors office that I had it . They came through on the end but communication is very lacking there!
