I give one star because the staff has always been friendly, patient and helpful to me.
I will, however, be seeking to potentially file a BBB complaint and one to the FDA for the medical negligence Walgreens has committed here by closing this location without allowing patients access to their medications. Not only that, they failed to transfer the supplies to other locations, neglected to contact the patients regarding these changes and failed to properly implement a plan to give access to controlled substance information in the Walgreens database to allow access to other Walgreens locations.

Terrible just terrible Ronda the overnight "manager" is extremely rude and uses foll language to customers. And the Store manager Kevin doesn't do anything about it.

Very good treatment from the blonde girl with blue eyes, of short stature, who speaks Spanish and English. She was the only one to explain to me that the medicine was covered by insurance, very attentive and very professional, without a doubt the best, I don't know her name but I'm going to find out to put it here, it's good to recognize people's good work

The pharmacist named SARI is so rude, every single time we have to speak to her. Please send her back to customer service training, or talk therapy.

I made an appointment online, when I got there the technician at the pharmacy, with attitude stated, the pharmacist is not here he will be back in an hour?? I was like What??? what was the reason to make appointment then?? She just start raising her voice and say: "what do you want me to do? he is not here, and he is the only one that can do Vaccines" not even an apology or we're sorry, she just don't care about the customer's time and effort to get there. The associates of the store don't care about customers at all, there was no manager or someone that will at least apologize for making a customer set an appointment, and not be there. SO IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENTS ON THIS STORE they will not respect your time. They don't care about the customer.

Average Walgreens but very clean...Noticed few items on shelf in first aid section. Pharmacist did verbally assist with location of item. Only had 1 bottle left and no other options, so could not get the Walgreens deal buy 1 and get 2nd item at 50% off. (was not happy). Computer system issue at checkout with other customer. Great location with a very large parking lot with easy access off main roadway.

I would like to complement one of the employees. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was working the evening of 1-11.He was about 5’5, im guessing either African or Haitian ethnitcity. Without going into too much detail I just want to say what a kind gentleman and truly helpful, thoughtful and really gives me faith in humanity again.Bless you, we need more people like you!

This was my first time using Walgreens photo instead of CVS. My order was completed but they lost it. The lady at the counter seemed careless and confused. She finally called over a manager, tall guy. He looked and then told me to wait while he went somewhere else. I stood there for nearly 10 mins with my baby, and turned to see him checking out people at the register. Idk what was going on, I left then. This was all while another lady was having an issue picking up her order and several others couldn’t use the photo ordering computers as they both seemed to be out of order. Nuts!

GOTTA RECOGNIZE KERR! This lovely lady took the time to search and find my photos tbat I could not locate! She took my phone number and actually called me back to ensure I get them. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! And that’s how WALGREENS WINE MY BUSINESS. The pharmacy here and make up section here is also FANTASTIC! I’d give u 10 stars if I could!!!
