Pathetic attention from the pharmacy staff, rude and unfriendly woman of color. I am not racist . I asked her about some medications, she didn't even come to read me the prescription and she was not friendly at all. You should leave if you don't like working with a group. I don't recommend this place.

The pharmaceutical industry could learn a lot from medical marijuana dispensaries in creating a healthy experience with quality customer service. No one is ever happy to be working at Walgreens.

Horrible pharmacy. Told me $500 for antibiotics! I have excellent insurance. Absolutely no help figuring out what to do to resolve the issue. Finally bought a few doses for $50 …and to cvs today. $10 later, I have 10 days of the better medicine. Never never will go to this place again. Worst ever.

I stopped at this Walgreens to get a propane tank for a friend. The location on 26th st and Federal makes it very convenient as it is a major intersection. The price for the propane was very competitive to other retailers in the area. Inside the store, it was very nicely lit, clean and organized...not stuff all over the place like some other stores. It was a pleasure to stop by.

I should have read the reviews first. It’s true they are worthless. I called today 9/24 and the lady whom works in evening was just nasty and had major issues. Slam the phone on me. Like she had no care in the world. Cause her job was so secure. We’ll see about that 1-800-shop cvs.

While purchasing my tobacco, I handled my purchase with Islande. I asked her for Newport Box 100s, she places a pack of cigarettes in my bag. Upon reaching near my destination I opened the pack of cigarettes now realizing that they are not the size I was looking for. If I didn’t request my tobacco product to be placed in the bag, it shouldn’t have been in there. When returning with the item and wrapping I approached the cashier who is also a manager and let her know she gave me the wrong style. She states that because I opened the pack, she can’t exchanged them. But, if she was listening to me and not others I the customer would’ve been enjoying the rest of my evening on my birthday. She argued with me defensively and was completely out of character. I expected better from a manager of Walgreens. The other manager handled my issue and I applaud her understanding my situation and resolved it quickly. I know now to make my tobacco purchase at Wawa. Thanks Islande for showing me that even on my birthday the customer is never right in your book!

What is joke this place is I can't believe they are still in business Low class security guard tells me 3 days ago as soon as I walk into the shop Our bathroom is broken I said I'm buying ice cream I'm not here to use the bathroom, Tonight I go there Before they close And the 2 girls that are working there are trying to get rid of me So they can close the register and go home as soon as possible Then I get mad and I said I'm Aren't you open until 12 am, yes But I can't ring you up So I get mad, The low class security guard Tells me you are so ignorant can you believe that, If you are open until 12 AM do business until 12 AM if you want to go home Before that shut the door at 11:45, This is for the manager hire some Classy security guards, That knows how to talk to your customers, I will never shop at your Store anymore And that's why you have such a bad rating you don't know how to run business.

They say a defense rots from the inside out. In this case, the closing of the 3* Michelin Skyline Chili across the street must've led to this Walgreens demise. I hadn't been here in years, and after today, I won't be back anytime soon. I had some time to kill, so I popped in to grab a few things I needed, including deodorant. Well, you would've thought I was looking for the Hope diamond. All of the deodorant was locked away and required an employee to access it with a key. Since when is a $5 stick of deodorant the equivalent of a gold bar? And it's not as if there are a ton of employees sauntering around ready to help. I felt like a crime scene detective walking around the store trying to find someone to unlock the case. But wait, there's more! I went to check out and leave. This store doesn't have any self checkout machines (which I don't necessarily mind, I'm not a robot), but there was only one register open, and seven people already in line. No employee came to open another register. In the meantime, the circus must have been in town based on the various lunatics in line, whether playing music out loud on their phones, screaming in an unidentifiable language, or paying and leaving the store but then coming back in and demanding a receipt from the cashier. Finally, after waiting in line for a minimum of 15 (!!!) minutes, an angel of a woman in the cosmetics section opened a register so I could pay and get the hell out. A woman that was in line behind me also sprinted over. She put it best: "I needed to get away from the freak show going on over there!". I don't know who makes the policies around this place, but I fear it may be too late. If you're looking for a stick of deodorant, or maybe just your sanity, don't bother dropping in. Find somewhere else to go!

This is the worst pharmacy in our area. Rude and uncaring pharmacist. We have had previous problems there before, but today was the worst customer service experience ever. I came in about 1 hour after it had already been opened the day after Labor Day. I needed a simple prescription, eye drops antibiotics. There was no need to change bottles or count pills. I just needed the pre packaged vial. Very simple! So I get there and it's very quiet; there's no one else in the entire drugstore. The pharmacist ask me for a min, in a rude tone of voice. Then when she came over to the counter, she checked that the prescription was in stock. Then asked me for when I needed it, I said asap because my husband didn't sleep the whole night in pain; he scratched his cornea during the day, Labor Day. We went to the urgent care and got the prescription. But could not find one pharmacy opened, I even drove 40 minutes away to the only opened Walgreens nearby but they didn't have the prescription in stock. So we had to wait until the next morning. She said: "it will take about 30 to 40 minutes because we are "busy" filling out the prescriptions that came in and yesterday we were closed!" I decided to wait. But then I could not sit still waiting, knowing my husband was still in pain and hearing the pharmacists chatting about random things, in no hurry to finish what they were doing or to help me. I asked for my prescription and left. They are the only pharmacy open early, at 7:00 am, but don't bother going there. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!! I left and drove about 10 minutes north to CVS in the corner of Federal and Commercial. What a difference!! It's a nicer drugstore, it's 24 hours, the pharmacy opens at 8:00 am and the pharmacists are welcoming, friendly and took care of me in 5 minutes!! That's is our go to pharmacy from now on!! STAY AWAY from Walgreens Pharmacy at 26th street
