This Walgreens never have any carts. Imagine trying to buy few cases of soda or water and there is no shopping carts available. This is one reason that I try to go to this location as little as possible. Walgreens please do better. Shopping here is a real hassle.

If I can give this pharmacy a 0 I would! Very unprofessional and incapable! My grandmother lives with me so I pick up her meds Freon the pharmacy. This day she needed needle syringes for her insulin. Did everything to make this process as easy as possible. I called spoke to her primary doctor to send authorization for the syringes. Walgreens text me they have the prescription with the authorization but it wasn’t in stock a week later still not in stock! I then called to have the script sent to any store I would drive to pick up. I was left on the phone for over an hour. I was told the lady (Diane)who answered the phone left for lunch after saying she would be on the other line to check if another Walgreens had it. The Second Lady who expected me to hang up because of how long I was holding she then told me they’re too busy to help me!

SO lousy not too friendly not too professional enough. Always complain abt me say something as if I didn’t say on propose ALL BEC MAYBE I HAVE TOURETTE SYNDROME for goodness sakes! They maybe not understand Tourette too enough! Now it’s going making me looks SOOO BAD !!! Plus hate call on phone with sign language interpreter then maybe that’s why I’m so stuck or make me even more badly so embrassed with tourettes with interpreter on phone with that pharmacy or any. Deaf Tourettes on phone w interpreter is NOT WORK THAT WAY!!!! Damn it. I born that way! How dare you !

Poor customer service. First and foremost I paid cash and my cashier didn’t give me a receipt. I literally came back 5 mins later because the wrong item was purchased. The manager Orel said he’s not giving me a refund because of that reason. He told me if I want a refund I can look in the trash myself. Mind you my receipt was right on top. The other cashier gave me a refund. But it was very unprofessional and RUDE to tell a customer look through the trash yourself.

Tried to get med they kept telling me to come back then told me another location had it I asked for the address and number she told me no she will make the call and get back to me I take seizure med and haves had it all weekend I can not take the off brand I need name brand she was rud and walked away from windo I don't know whst I'm gonna due it's been 6 days I haven had my meds

Chrissy, the pharmacy manager is so kind, patient, and generous. She helped me out in a way that goes above and beyond what any pharmacist has ever done. Thank you, Chrissy!! Your kindness and patient care is beyond words.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would . My husband insurance company called to speak to the pharmacist about an override for a medication and the pharmacist was extremely rude to her. She told me she has never experienced that before and was very upset. I will never use this pharmacy or store again.

Pharmacist was extremely rude and refused to fill my written prescription. Even though I'd another waiting to be picked up, that was electronically submitted by my PCP.Asked me why I'd use his Pharmacy (it's only 4.3 miles from my home) and not the Walgreens closer to me home (less than 1 mile away)???? Why does it matter where I want to get a prescription filled, I don't know ??!!! Didn't say that he doesn't have it in stock, just refused to fill it for me. I'm a white 58 yr old female and he was a black older man. I guess DISCRIMINATION goes both ways. I was extremely upset and left. Will never recommend this Walgreens to anybody else!!!
