Superb customer service and treatment

Pharmacy: They will put you on hold for 30+ minutes, not realizing/caring (?) that phone customers are still CUSTOMERS. Their phone etiquette is the absolute worst.
If you go in person (to pick up meds, after being on hold forever) they are friendly, but it is beyond frustrating to get to someone in the first place.
I've been trying for a long time, to get someone to link my meds to the app, but nobody knows how, that's why I have to call for refills!

This place is close to home, and we walk there.
The employees are professional and helpful, expecially the PHARMACIST.

I'm very disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. I've been standing here for 10–15 minutes, and the staff just walks past me without even acknowledging my presence. No greeting, no 'we'll be right with you'—nothing. Customer service is important, and being ignored like this is unacceptable. I hope they improve their attentiveness and communication with customers.

I am so SICK & TIRED of their phone system computer telling me how it can’t help me when it RARELY gets things done, quickly and efficiently. I understand bottom line, but I miss people. I asked the Sunrise location to transfer my meds to the Hollywood location. Sunrise told me to call Hollywood, did that and asked for delivery of ALL meds to be delivered. I waited for three days, and got only 2 medications (that I already have more than 30 days worth) yet - NONE of the ones I’ve been out of. Machines don’t have common sense, but the people at Walgreens corporate making decisions that affect their customers, have even less. Making employees so miserable that they are angry at work, failing to understand the % of your customers that are aging, and investing in tech instead of people? Know your markets, customers, and apply adaptable solutions.

It took me 5 minutes just to get away from the automated response system and when I was directed to a "real person" I was put on hold repeatedly for 10 minutes until finally they just hung up on me! I was trying to reach the pharmacy about a prescription and this is what happened. The customer service is terrible and I'll be going somewhere else after this. Definitely would not recommend.

Quite literally the worst run Walgreens in the US. The pharmacy especially is VERY poorly managed and run. They tell you one thing and it’s always something else. No matter what, it’s always something and the employees genuinely couldn’t possibly care any less.

Horrible service. I just waited 20 minutes on the driveway window.. and I was first in line! Guys, if you're understaffed, close the window. This is not service. It's abuse.

The pharmacy needs more help. I was left on hold for information on a prescription for my 95-year-old Father for over an hour. I called three times each call over twenty minutes...after 20 minutes the phone would hang up on me. Very frustrating and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Beware! If you are shopping here on Saturdays the posted sale prices are for Sunday! They will charge you the non sale price and not even tell you.
