It took me 5 minutes just to get away from the automated response system and when I was directed to a "real person" I was put on hold repeatedly for 10 minutes until finally they just hung up on me! I was trying to reach the pharmacy about a prescription and this is what happened. The customer service is terrible and I'll be going somewhere else after this. Definitely would not recommend.

Quite literally the worst run Walgreens in the US. The pharmacy especially is VERY poorly managed and run. They tell you one thing and it’s always something else. No matter what, it’s always something and the employees genuinely couldn’t possibly care any less.

Horrible service. I just waited 20 minutes on the driveway window.. and I was first in line! Guys, if you're understaffed, close the window. This is not service. It's abuse.

The pharmacy needs more help. I was left on hold for information on a prescription for my 95-year-old Father for over an hour. I called three times each call over twenty minutes...after 20 minutes the phone would hang up on me. Very frustrating and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great photo service Rashid was super helpful and patient. There was a pretty long line in front of me, but Rashid served and helped everyone and moved it out pretty quickly. When my photos came up at a higher price than the original order, Rashid l followed it up and fixed the problem. He Mai trained such a pleasant attitude the entire time. I have been to-other Walgreens and they usually don’t even have any one at the photo counter, so this was a very pleasant change. Thank you Rashid. I will bring my photo business back to this Walgreens

Been going here for 4 years this year I have been disappointed and been let down by this pharmacy. I have daily needed medication I need to take daily for my lupus and this is the 3rd time I have had an issue. They tell me my daily needed medicine for my lupus is available and get in store and they no longer have it. They give me no assistance in tracking it down . Just basically tell me I will have to wait for it and no time frame l. I asked if they can ask around and they tell me they are unable too. I am now stuck looking for my meds this store said they had ready

Beware! If you are shopping here on Saturdays the posted sale prices are for Sunday! They will charge you the non sale price and not even tell you.

Well this is a review for their pharmacy. The staff there is so inconsistent. In the morning I had a really good employee help me order my scripts. This afternoon I go back and was told to tell them I had Covid. The lady try's shoving everything in the pick up window draw. Finally pushes it through and the bag rips. Why not send it thru twice? I take my bag and do you think she could have said something like I hope you feel better??? Nothing! I'm here only because of my insurance. Publix pharmacy is the best!! I miss their help and compassion.

Sched app for covid testing. The testing was not ready,they said to let other cars in drive through go and park behind.why do i have to wait for others to go ahead of me when i specofically sched app.been waiting in drive through for over 20 min.

I have gone to this Pharmacy for 5 years & the service is absolutely atrocious. I have had a script for my anti-depressants called in there for 5 years & every time they are delayed due to “an insurance issue” which they only resolve when I call in. The issue is an expired coupon from 3 years ago & I continue to have ask for removal every time! Then when I catch it to see they never filled it I call in & remain on hold for close to an hour & they continue to pick up & place me on hold. After they disconnect the call at least 3 times I finally get to speak to a human they let me know it will be filled shortly and that means possibly the next day. When I arrive the next day I have to sit and wait for another hour until they have the script filled. The line for the drive-thru normally has 1 to 2 cars in front of you & takes no less then 45 minutes as no one is there to assist. They without a doubt have the worst service ever. This is actually happening to me again in real time as I am writing this review.

With feeling sick, I went in thinking there urgent care was open. Omg the pharmacist was very rude stated" we have been closed since oct" very coldAttitude. With my new pharmacy card for 2022 Walgreens is my new pharmacy. There's no way will I use that store I'll pay extra go to CVS or Walmart.??
