Twice in one week medicine put on hold for no reason. This delays the medicine from being picked up for another 24 to 48 hours. After asking questions I was told they have enough medicine but they are low in general. If you don’t ask they make you come back hours later or the next day! Horrible games they play with patients.

This morning, I visited Walgreens and had a disappointing encounter with an employee named Jacqueline. She was a heavy-set woman with blonde hair, and her attitude was far from polite. After I thanked her for assisting me, instead of a simple “you’re welcome,” she mumbled something dismissive like “uh-huh.” It was an unpleasant interaction that left me feeling disrespected. Customer service like this makes for a frustrating experience, and I hope Walgreens takes steps to improve the way their employees engage with customers.

I used to work at Walgreens as a Shift lead and would make sure that my customers would feel valued. I have had the worst customer service I have ever received from a Walgreens shift lead (So called managers) I'm sorry but you honor a coupon no matter what if it's not expired!!! I will never go to this Walgreens EVER again. There was no apology for not taking it. There was absolutely nothing. Because I look different than him? My vibrant hair and my hippish clothing o was looked at differently the moment I came into the store. 7:00pm Thursday night. I decided to write this review while still in the store. All I'm hearing was gossip out of there mouths. Zero customer service.

came into walgreens and was greeted by the cashier , she was a wonderful lady . she had a line and was still able to speak while i was coming in the door . went futher in the store and i spoke to "TONI" i ask her how can i found out if my photos was ready , she stated that she doesnt know and i need to go to check the cashier because she doesnt work over there . she also then stated that her manger is doing a truck and i should come back at a later time because no one will be able to help me ! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . toni needs not be on somone floor if she is going to address customers in that manner. her attitude and also her repsond to things are very poor . please if she doesnt get some training in that area i will go to corporate with this manner. i wish i could give her 0 stars i would

The manager (i think his name was Winston) and the girl working were really nice, which isn’t very often in Florida. They definitely deserve a raise JUST for being so nice

For a close convenience store, I was very satisfied with the selection. This is a Walgreens not a mela Sonoma, if you need dish soap food and toys this place gets the job done.

There is a lady who claims to be the Manager is very rude. She is dark skinned, skinny with glasses and has a gap in her teeth treated me very poorly this morning. You can tell if it's not her own people she doesn't want to help. she was very condescending and laughing in my face when I showed her my coupon from the Walgreens app and she would honor not: I spend a lot of money at this store since I moved to Florida 6 years ago and I have never experienced that until today. The cashier with her were both laughing at me for no reason maybe because I'm not from their country. The manager said she can laugh at me because she's the Manager. I ended up not buying what I needed and walked off and went to spend my money at Publix instead.

The lady at the photo & print station was completely useless, every question I asked she didn’t know and she had no intention of helping me. Train people better.
