Being a newly married couple we asked Watson Taxes for help to clear up an amemdment with our taxes. After being chastized about how we did not give the proper info as to sending in our info as married filing jointly. Watson Taxes still charged us for doing the amendment and still sent our paper work into the IRS as "Married filing seperate." This was two years ago and we still have not received or taxes. Thier professionalism is a joke at best!

This knowledgeable brother tax team duo are stellar. I came to them with deadline and they got right to work, completing my tax returns in a week as they originally promised. Their communication is excellent and kept me in the loop with everything they were completing. I cant speak highly enough about my experience dealing with them. All in All, I regret bringing my income tax returns here. I thought my business would be appreciated at a smaller more personal location. Instead I am having to amend the errors with IRS solely made by this agency. SMH. Should've kept looking.

If I could rate this business 10* I would absolutely do it!! Lencol helped me out with 2021 tax preparation and did it with so much patience and professionalism, explaining me every step we went through, knowing exactly where and how to obtain the best deduction. The fee he was charged for the preparation is absolutely fair and couldn’t ask for a better deal. I already booked him for 2022 tax prep.
