Store conditions, disgusting! Self checkout not functioning. The cashier couldn’t charge me for my food because her register wouldn’t ring it up? Also you can’t use the bathroom unless someone comes to press in the code which they won’t give you. Skip this store and go somewhere else. Terrible!!!

I came to this Wawa to get breakfast for me and my kids , So they ran out of eggs to make my order the manager asked me if there was anything else I wanted for the kids I told him the ham and cheese omelet sandwich’s after he asked if there was anything else I wanted he then states I can get omelets only why tell me if there was anything else I wanted if all I can get was the omelets. I told him to go ahead and make the egg bowls with omelets and I paid for extra eggs I got one egg in each of them, if you didn’t have enough for the bowls why waste my time and make me wait for the food if you don’t even have enough eggs for what I paid for. He then said he could give me a refund for the bowls and I can keep them , as he went to give me the refund he was only trying to refund me for the 3 bowls instead of the 4 and when I asked for the refund for all 4 he says okay give me the bowls back right after he said I could keep them. This manager was indecisive and very wish washy . I’m glad I didn’t take the bowls because the one bowl I did keep tasted like Crap. The eggs were not good at all. My daughter didn’t even want to eat the eggs all she ate was the bacon.

Tavia has horrible customer service shouldn't be at the cashier area!! Should have known with her discolored wig that isn't layed correctly and her crusty spider eyelashes from two years ago, She was going to have a rude attitude ..She needs to stay in the back.

This is the worst Wawa I ever been to when it comes down to management. They are the most horrible management I ever met in my life and these words should never come out. Manager for almost 20 years and I never treated anybody the way I was treated. I cried my tears and I heard it, but I would never trust that Wawa again for anything I would never come back there. I do not understand why did my Wawa’s from my state New Jersey come to this rude disrespectful state And people that unqualified to be a manager make it make sense God bless and I pray that we get better people to run. Wawa Wawa is not like this in the state of New Jersey. I am from Newark New Jersey. I never had this problem but bring Wawa to Florida. It is horrible with the customer service down here.

In two years this Wawa station has utterly deteriorated. Used to be nice, clean, pumps working, free air etc. - all what’s expected from a gas station.Now, the receipts never work at the pump, meaning you have to go inside and stand in line to get your receipt - convenience gone.Three times in three months, the lottery machine didn’t work, and neither did the lottery winnings machine at the register.Tyre air hasn’t worked for months and today they’ve even removed the hose to the compressor - so instead of fixing it, somebody has actively spend time removing parts from it.Have been there a couple of times around 8-9 pm and the doors are locked, even though there are employees inside…

Workers in the back stand around talking and don't make food. And when you do get a sandwich after waiting 30 mins for the nasty people there to do their job it's always wrong.
