I have a business checking account here. Bad decision. Other than the bank manager who helped me setup the account, everything else has been an awful experience. Mobile app is bad and clunky. Customer service poor. Bank tellers all have bad attitudes. The "fraud department" and policy a complete joke. I don't recommend.

We Florida Financial agent Tujuana Lee was amazing in helping me understanding the acquisition of a HELOC. Spoken with many reps from many companies but she went above and beyond!!!

JOKE of a company. Like others- WeFlorida changed their system in the Fall. Haven't been able to make a payment online since then. And you can't even reach a "live" Human over the phone to sort it out! I'm reporting them to NCUA. WORST Company I've EVER dealt with

One phone number for all their branches. A joke. Impossible to talk to a human. Their "ZOE" computer cannot answer 90 percent of questions. I have called two times mid day and both times I am number 31 in cue. Give me a break! I am not wating an hour to speak, maybe top someone in an hour? I have better things to do, maybe even cancel this account. They upgraded their online system a few months ago, and destroyed what was a half decent service. Now it is just plain crap. It has no idea what you are asking for. If you want even a semblence of customer service, this is not for you. EK

Overall review of this company: Worst availability to make payments and pretty much zero customer service available. Texts, emails....all go unanswered. Calling takes HOURS and extensions they give you don't work.

Worst bank I have ever done business with. When I first contact Customer service representative to acquire about my disabled account, she assisted that I give her my PIN number. My online account has been disabled since 9/11/2023. I have no idea what transitions that are occurring or my current balance. Try to call them all day today (9/18/2023) from 9:00 until thy closed. No one will answer my call. I would either be waiting for someone to answer, sometimes for over an hour, get disconnected or receive a message saying that they could not receive any more calls.

Don't do any banking here! I and several other customers had issues when I was at a branch. The website is terrible. They don't communicate via email mail or phone calls then send your balance to collections without notice. I've never known a bank to have such horrible communication. They also never answer the phone. What a joke. I want to see them out of business!

This bank was went to trash. Legit have lost $500 of my dollars and keep saying it’s been prossing for 6 months and I’ve been waiting on a replacement credit card for over two years now and will do nothing to help me. How ever keep charging me fees. I can’t be only one judging by the reviews and the 50 PLUS waiting line if you ever get through on the phone. Won’t refund fees that are errors on there end. I have no clew how a place like this can still be open. Management avoids my calls and people in person say that they have no power.TLDR Come here if you want to pay someone to not let you access your money. And charge you fees they can’t explain.

I have been a member of WeFlorida Credit Union for over Thirty Years now, and never had an issue with them. With that being said, on November 30th someone inputed a check from US Bank in the amount of $73.30, on that check the number was 11149. I had wrote a check for the same company in the amount of $38.60 and my check number was 400. My account was debited for the check from US Bank and who ever inputed the that check use my check number of 400. I have made three phone calls concerning this issue and each time I was told it would be taken care of. As of today 12/12/2023 it has not. I am on hold now again, the last time I was on hold for 50 minutes. I give this a 1 star

I have the WE app on my phone and until yesterday I could use it. Yesterday it ask me to update and from there it was a nightmare. I tried to call for assistance -I was 45th. After holding on for what seemed like forever i just gave up- I wasn't sure the call would be answered. I tried to work with ZOE and that only made my frustration grow. I tried putting in the info I know is correct and the system kept telling me it did not match. I really was shocked that no matter what I did I couldn't get a live person. I made an appointment to go in to the office (1:15 today) but it is difficult for me to leave work to make that appointment. I have to go because I need the app on my phone to work. looks like it is time to leave WE Financial. I can't say I have ever been this frustrated.

I’ve been banking with We Florid Financial since 2015. It used to be a pleasure. They recently changed systems. Now you cannot speak to a live person if you call- well maybe, but I have given up at the two hour mark. Transactions at the bank are terrible as well. Under-staffed with long lines. Take your money elsewhere.

Unprepared and inconvenient, two words to describe this CU. For how long were you guys preparing or unpreparing for this system update? Here we are Oct 24 2023 and you can't find a soul that knows whats going on or that can help me. I have multiple accounts with the CU by myself, joint with my wife and as a joint with my 2 kids. Somehow my two online profiles got converted to one and gues what my oldest online profile, the one with my wife as joint got deleted. Everything got scrambled together with the online profile that I'm by myself. One of the suffix that I use for budget, nowhere to be found in my online profile. Trying to reach someone over the phone it's impossible and now with Zoey the digital assistant that works more like the gatekeeper its even worse. Been a member for almost 10 years with car loans and mortgage, my whole family supporting the CU and not feeling like We Florida Financial care for the members. An unprepared and inconvenient Credit Union. Time to move my business some where else.
