So I arrived to the bank about 20 minutes before closing. I was not aware they close at 12pm. However I got there just in time for a banker to help me with a fraud issue I was experiencing the night before. I spoke to several bankers over the phone and they directed me to the nearest branch. Arrived to the branch just so(Alex Smith) which is a banker just be so rude, unprofessional and very incompetent. I understood they was closing and he had a customer he was helping. The customers told him he could help me because he was in the process of leaving. He then explain to the customer that he had an appointment and could take his time. Once he got to me seem like he didn’t want to help and continue to make excuses of why he couldn’t help me. Long story short.I’ve been banking with Well for over 10years + and I’m closing all my accounts with them. Because one thing I do not tolerate is disrespect and unprofessionalism. I pray they send Alex back to training- Customer service 1on1

I didn't realize the reviews. Oh God. or the god we trust in. Time to give an account to the actions of the banker.Banker plays games with his clients. Doesn't look to help. Tells his clients wait while he writes mean messages in the computer. Then catches amnesia asking how can I help with the same issue you told him about for the last 10- 20 minutes literally right after telling you to wait. Looks to say anything that doesn't help the client thinking things will further of I tell him same garbage you say to two year old repeatedly like it doesn't just prolonged the same issue. Explains he specializes in mobile applications only to not help for obvious and stupid selfish reasons. You don't with your money, don't play with mine. Or me or my time. This is not the playground.

DAVID IS THE BEST! I WILL LITERALLY LET PEOPLE SKIP ME JUST SO I CAN GET HELP FROM HIM. HE’S SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND DIDN’T RUSH ME JUST BECAUSE IT WAS 5:01 (closing time) AND HE HAD A FEW PEOPLE IN THE LINE. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP TIER! DAVID IS DEFINITELY MY FAVORITE TELLER!!!!!

Really disappointed in Wells through Covid-19. I have been a customer for over 10 years and about to switch. I have tried to open up a new business account for weeks now and they don't allow you to do it online and it's nearly impossible to make an appointment at a branch. Why close on Saturdays when normal people have to work on weekdays?!

This has got to be the worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve attempted to go, even with an appointment, the wait is over an hour long. Their service is terrible and no one in there is even personable or has the capabilities of displaying any kind of empathy for the reasons people are there.
