I have been a Wells Fargo Customer for 20 years. Went to this horrible Las Olas Branch my first and last time. I went to the Lobby to deposit. The Window attendant (NAME: Zi.n )..weirdly asked me a security question which I have never been asked in any other Well Fargo bank when I deposit and I happily responded the question correctly. He then proceeded to keep asking questions with long intervals of silence in between them, at which point I respectfully asked him if there was anything wrong and why he is asking me all this questions if I already responded and he claimed I had my answers wrong. I could see he was making eye contact with the people behind me (in line) and they were all laughing while he was giving me this hard time. When I confronted him and started contacting Wells Fargo Headquarters about it he then admitted the answers were right but that he had the right to ask as many security questions as he wanted, at which point I noticed he was just being rude and racist (I'm white) It was only at that point that it became clear that they were all African American and having fun with the show this Wells Fargo employee orchestrated for them. I come from a country where everyone is really equal and racism isn't in our vocabulary, but after this experience now I understand why people in the USA stay away from them.Avoid this bank...

I have been a WF customer for over 22 years. I have paperwork and permits sent to me several times a month for notary. One of the perks of my accounts are notary services. This branch is near my office so it's convenient during the week however, they make it difficult and make it seem like it's an inconvenience to them to notarize my documents. This week I literally I went in 4 times and there was always an excuse as to why I could not get a doc signed. So ok, I made an appointment, WF even sent me an email for the apt. I show up 5 mins early for this 5th attempt and guess what? She just stepped out.... I explained I had an apt and I was even early so they had to call her back while I waited 10 mins. Chase, where my other accounts are, gladly signs my docs even on Sat without an apt. Maybe WF should duplicate what Chase does for customer service!

Terrible service and poor attitude of employees. Banking should not be complicated. You make deposits, you withdraw funds and you sometimes wire funds. What could go wrong? Bank there and find out!

I am unable to contact the bank by phone or get an appointment via the internet. I want to withdraw cash at the branch but there must be a BANKER there not just a TELLER since it is a brokerage account.

Joshua made my appointment feel rushed because he had an appointment after me. Not my problem, I have an hour time frame. He didn’t even have the decency to contact me about my business credit application.

Specially downtown Fort Lauderdale college and other business open already!I have to drive far from my job to other Wells Fargo! Almost a year!Very helpful branch staff at this location..

Really disappointed in Wells through Covid-19. I have been a customer for over 10 years and about to switch. I have tried to open up a new business account for weeks now and they don't allow you to do it online and it's nearly impossible to make an appointment at a branch. Why close on Saturdays when normal people have to work on weekdays?!

Great Branch with great staff. I always visit and they are all very attentive, definitely I feel the positive vibes every time I go in. New manager is very friendly and easygoing, will help you.
