Harris, the personal banker and notary at this location, could stand to have a little more decorum from races that aren’t his’ (white). He is very condescending and seems to be over the part of his job that entails educating people that aren’t informed about particular matters of the bank. He did not want to shake my hand when I stuck it out, nor was a I greeted with any enthusiasm. He said “What’s your name ?” His posture was more of a “what do you want?” attitude. As a young black man and nearly 10 year customer with Wells Fargo, this is one of , if not the worse experience I have had with the bank. His prejudicial and privileged attitude is very unbecoming. A diversity and customer service refresher course would be beneficial for the individual and the institution as a whole.

The Worst service you can ever get. Employees are very unhelpful and very slow. Would not recommend going there at all.

The worst. A simple bank deposit turned into me being at the bank 1.5 hours, involved every worker in the bank and resulted in them telling me they cannot deposit the check. I called Wells Fargo customer service and they told me to go to another branch. I thought they were joking after what I just dealt with. I walked into a different branch and in less than 2 minutes the check was deposited and I was on my way. ? What kind of people work here?

This has been the worst customer service I have received ever at ANY branch from Wells Fargo I have been with this bank since 2011 I have never received such treatment. I walked into the bank at 9:20 upon entry I observed 2 tellers at the window and 2 others sitting at their desk there was no line just one person ahead of me sitting down waiting for Yisel ( the bank worker at the desk ) and Jon ( the other bank worker at the desk ) it was NOT BUSY at all I mean it’s only been 20 minutes since they had just opened.I waited until 10:17am with little acknowledgement from the staff except from Jon who briefly stopped by to tell me he is in training and can’t help me with my request that I would have to wait for “ Yisel”Who was chatting away with ONE customer about cars and traveling etc.. I didn’t get a “ I’ll be right with you “ or “ please bear with us “ NOTHING I feel disregarded as a customer and when I got up to walk out after waiting for so long I STILL didn’t get a “ we’ll be right with you” I hope the branch manager Rosela A.Mills takes into account who they are hiring because this is unacceptable and I will never go back to that branch because there’s no way to treat any customers.

If I could go less than one star, I would. The bankers here lately are not helpful, they don’t know their business. Super slow even when you have an appointment you’ll have to wait in line for more than half an hour to an hour for a banker. It’s the worst!

Worst Wells Fargo location. Do not go here. The people who work there are super rude and have no idea what they're doing. Tried to deposit a check at this location and they told me I couldn't, but brought it to another Wells Fargo location and they deposited it right away.

Walked in. Nobody was available to help besides one person at desk helping a customer already and one more person behind the glass. Asked the only other gentleman waiting to speak with a banker if he was waiting in line, which he responded yes. After an hour the banker finally stood up and asked if we had an appointment. We did not. We were then told we wouldn't be able to be helped even though it was 2 hours before they even closed. What a joke. If you are understaffed and can't help anymore customers, let them know before wasting their time sitting in the designated waiting area. Terrible service and experience. Drive the extra mile to another location or switch banks.

Old manager was attentive and actually worked and helped customers. New manager walks around and does nothing. Changing banks ASAP
