I'm very unhappy with this location. I took my uncle to cash his lottery check drawn on Wells Fargo Bank. He waited 15 minutes for them to tell him that they couldn't accept it. I left that location and went to the Victoria Park location and he didn't have any problems.

I was today just at the drive in. At 9 a.m. there was still no cashier at the counter. I was asked to back up until the sign was open. I have a store that also opens at 9 a.m. I was there in time so I could be the first. Unfortunately the gentleman was very unfriendly.

Went in with an appointment to get a notary affidavit for my brothers account that passed away. Had already spoken to the Estate group at WF and they provided me with location and procedure. WF called me 18 mins after my appt time then stated they would need 1 hour to process an account closing due to a customers death. I asked why a notary of my signature would take an hour and the response was "do you have a Wells Fargo Account?" I said no, its not for me, its for my brother who is a customer. I was told unless "I" was a customer, they couldn't help me. I explained the Estate dept. sent me there and asked when the policy changed. The customer service agent said " a year ago". I left and called WF directly and they state emphatically that they DO NOT have any policy like that. Poor service, poor training, lack of empathy... My appt. was @ 1:30pm on Sep/ 19th, 2023. Don't use this location. In fact, pick a better bank. 17th and Andrews branch Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

IF I could give this bank a ZERO I would. I’ve been waiting ONE HOUR TO CASH A $600 check ONE HOUR. EVEN ASKED ME TO TAKE THIER CHECK TO MY BANK!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH. Just to end up cashing it anyway…you really are a garbage bank this is why I bank with NAVY FEDERAL

I went to the bank today to deposit money for my job. The teller told me they don’t take loose changeable all and that it’s in their policy. I asked to get a copy of where in the policy it says that and he claims he cannot give it to me. If it’s in your policy, as the customer how am I not allowed to view it? We deposit money every week and have never been told a such thing! He then contradicted himself by saying they only take loose change up to $100. The loose change did not total anywhere near $100 he was obvious just being lazy. He had such an attitude giving me back our document and deposit form. It’s not my fault he’s incompetent and doesn’t know how to count coins. They should close this branch their service is awful! The manager even came over and saw his attitude and did nothing about it. Worst bank experience I’ve ever had!

Waited In line to make a deposit for my business account, a woman not waiting in line just walked to the front with a bag and addressed the teller, had two people in front of me that were able to go then when it was my turn the teller tried to say she’s next.I asked him why is there a line if she can just cut, and why did the other two people get to go then she does?He said she’s a commercial account and that’s the reasoning why. Rediculously sketchy. I let him know that I am too and his attitude flipped. Didn’t know why I was singled out in that whole escapade.Bad taste in my mouth, looking at chase now.

WORST SERVICE!!!!! I am a professional with multiple accounts for over a decade. I ordered euros last week and was personally assured by the Manager (Navadine??) that they'd arrive for pick up today or last night. Well, no call as promised, no euros, they're filing a complaint for me ...seriously, with whom, what a joke!!!!!!! Now I'm screwed and to worsen matters, they're converting MY MONEY TO THEIR OWN USE BY REFUSING TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT OVER $1800 OF MY MONEY UNTIL THE EUROS ARRIVE WHEN I'M ALREADY IN EUROPE!!

No one likes going to the bank, especially not on a Friday. I had lost my card. Mr. Holdger helped me replace it. In the interim he ordered my card. Set my phone up so I could use Google pay. And was extremely kind. He did not rush me. He was very knowledgeable and was an exceptional person. I am absolutely ready to quit working with this agency. However, this teller was amazing!

Went into the bank for a simple activity, to open a business account. I was told I needed an appointment, but none were available. There were 4 employees sitting at desks with no customers. I've been a customer for 20+ years and have multiple accounts here. Well, no longer. I went down the street to Bank of America, very easy to see a banker and they took care of me straightaway.
