Probably the rudest Bank with the most difficult way to talk to anyone I’ve ever experienced in my life. When I tried to explain, she said I was being rude. They did not listen. They did not care. Wells Fargo you have gotten too big no business with you ever.

I was in the Galleria Plaza shopping center and I needed some cash, so the most convenient ATM was the Wells Fargo Bank one.The bank, according to their website has Lobby Hours from Mon-Fri 09:00 AM-05:00 PM Sat-Sun closedThey offer a variety of services like Cashier CheckCheck CashingMoney OrderNew Account OpeningsNotary PublicSafe Deposit BoxTheir ATM is 24/7 and is located right outside the bank, so no need to get special entry into the lobby to use it.

This used to be a great branch. Now, it is a bad experience every time I go. The tellers are slow, unfriendly and seem like they would rather be anywhere else. Today there was a male teller dressed in a tee shirt (not professional at all), who told me to wait and step back as I approached his window. I had to wait until the 2nd teller was finished with her customer to be waited on while the male teller did not wait on anyone else in line. There is no proper training or customer service that I have always experienced at Wells Fargo.

I went to this bank to get money from my TX ATM card and it said there would be a $3 fee. When I checked my account they had charged me $9. I would never pay $9 to get my own money. Very dishonest bank imagine all the money they have made by doing this to customers using their ATM cards for vacation money. Shameful and sad.

Teller shorted me thirty dollars. When I addressed the discrepancy she refused to continue to help me. She walked away refusing to fulfill any customer service duties. The bank manager wasn't even on site.I immediately filed a complaint. This was days ago and Wells Fargo has yet to contact me.I will NOT use this branch again.

This past week a teller shorted me thirty dollars in cash. When I said something about the discrepancy she immediately became defensive, refused to continue to assist me, and she walked away from her counter space. When I asked for the bank manager. I was informed he wasn't even in the building. I will not return to this branch. I have filed a complaint against this employee and the manager... Not to be trusted.

Wells Fargo has always been a fraudulent bank. I get bills from their teller sometimes. I tried to deposit some money and was told one of the $100 bills was a fake and they would send it the secret service. That seems like a policy no one can avoid, except they wouldn't provide any details for help beyond that and began laughing at me when I told them it's unfair they're stealing $100 without helping or giving me anyone to reach.
