If I could leave negative stars I would. This bank is one of the worst ones out there. They’ll place 10 day holds on your paycheck… you basically sign over rights to your money, when banking with these scumbags.

At 4:58 this morning, riding my bicycle stop by my Wells Fargo ATM. Placed my card into the ATM and proceeded with my pin #. Nothing happens. Look at the the screen and know it has a message for me out of service!! Wait for service about 35 minutes. Cannot retrieve my card.Called Wells Fargo support and was told the atm ate my card.I have been with this branch for over 22 years, and yes I ride my bike between 4:45 to 6:00 am

I have been coming to this branch for 20 years! And im continually asked if i have an account. Why do you need my debit card to exchange for quarters? Why cant you keep a teller here for longer than a month? I hate this bank.

It was a very very long wait. A ton of tellers were free but no bankers. I just needed to access my safe box. Tellers should get safe deposit box training to ensure efficiency and managing the wait time in the lobby. Perhaps an additional banker is needed because this happens every single time. It's unfortunate. We may consider moving things to an alternate location with more staffing.

This bank is horrible so many people waiting in line for 1 teller. and several employees just sitting there not helping anyone. I see several reviews with the same complaint so they know about it but do nothing about it. It’s like this every time o go there.

The only bank location I know where there's a line of people, and the manager sits down and doesn't even help out its tellers ..it's ridiculous..rude. never coming back here.

So I have called this branch and no one answers . eventually I'm connected to an off shore customer service agent . I decided to stop at this branch . I called from the parking lot to get the same response as above . all bankers are busy . I called again but now I actually stood in the lobby and looked around . to see 3 customers in line to speak to a teller and the rest of the bankers where standing talking to each other and one more on her cell phone . This is SICK

And one star is too much. We went in to open a business account today. We waited patiently. The representative who helped us was useless. He refused to tell us what specific documents was needed to open the account. We proceeded to ask the same questions multiple times. He could not answer them and then proceeded to say WE were being difficult and argumentative when all we wanted was a straight answer. I'm almost positive it is because he himself did not know what was required for opening a business account that's structured a specific way (being the business is managed by another business that's out of a state). We then went directly to PNC bank. Much better experience. They were happy to assist us. Judging from the reviews, this is a consistent problem at this Wells Fargo. PNC all the way!!!

The banker who opened my business account filled out my paperwork wrong so they put the wrong name on my business debIt card. I went to this bank three times and was still never sent the corrected business card. They called me asking me to come in a forth time 30 minutes before they closed . I refused. they then asked me to contact customer service for a mess they made. After waiting 15 minutes for customer service, customer service said they would transfer me back to the branch…. Finally I had enough and showed up to the branch and they told me their system was down. I came back the following morning again for nothing to be solved. Waited an hour while the banker tried to resolve things over the phone. Then she told me I could call to resolve the issues which is not true. When I asked them to put this in writing no one could or would. No one knows anything here. They keep directing you to anyone else because no one knows how to help you. They have wasted so much of my time and keep telling me “they’re sorry” which is exactly what they are, a SORRY excuse for a business. I will never go to this branch again

Schedule an appointment and still didn’t anything get anything completed. Came back the next day after the representative told me she would call me back. Never got that call until the Manager told her to call me at the bank. I completely wasted my time after booking an appointment. They was rude about even helping with my concerns. They told me it’s only one person when I clearly seen 2 people plus the manager.

Awesome customer service. The commercial branch is closer and more convenient to my house but I use this branch now because of Silvana!!!
