I have been trying to talk to a banker at this branch with no luck. They dont answer the phone. My issue cannot be solved on line.
Bad customer service. You guys need to act as a professional and less as a teller machine. 😡

I would like to express my gratitude and admiration for the impeccable work of the branch staff.
I opened a debit account. I was met by friendly staff. They listened very attentively and explained the order of work. I would like to express my special gratitude to MICHELLE BURGESS. Michelle Burgess spent an hour to open the account and explain to me all the nuances of my account. An interpreter was connected, as I don't speak and understand English very well. I recommend this branch and MICHELLE BURGESS!

have my accounts with this branch and can't even speak to anyone there.. Just need a document notarized and have called for 2 weeks with no one picking up. Have been with this branch for years and have never had this problem. I get connected with an operator that tells me everybody is busy at this branch and I will have to travel to another. If I have to travel to another I will call other banks and see If I can get a person on the phone , If I can I will close my accounts and bring them to another bank.
This branch use to be on the ball, now not so much

This bank is abusive in their check holding policies. Churning $100,000 check in the back room to garner interest from pooled monies might not sound like a big deal but when you are doing it to thousands of clients on a daily basis it adds up quick!

Some of the tellers are very friendly but they break the law with respect to holding business checks of large amounts. They do not abide by GAAP principles and told my business partner to go bank elsewhere even though she has had an account with Wells for longer than 30 days.

The worst Manager I have ever seen and the worst team in the branch I have been going every day to get coins for my businesses I have 5 businesses 9 accounts I asked for coins they give me $20 of each kind which my business is required at least $100 a day of coins I asked for wire transfer they told me I have to make an appointment a week in advance bad management bad team sorry

Called to see if I can stop by to open a new account was told to set up in the wellsfargo app. App not working called the branch 3 times to get a live person she told me first available appointment will be 2 days from now. According to her they are very busy. I decided to swing by since every-time i have been there it is empty and again did not see anyone sitting to be seen. Called Chase bank they told me come on in to ipen a new account. What is going on with Wells Fargo they have been very lazy and ise Covid for an excuse. They should get there act together and provide good service again. By the way the person that I spoke with at the Commercial Wellsfargo branch seemed not to care at all.

The worst experience with this bank, I needed to make some changes. Only one lady was friendly, the other part of the employees was rude, but it was not only with me but with another customer too. Still, one of the employees couldn’t help me; he was sitting down there not even looking at me; I was there to change my name in my bank account or to open a new bank account with them, I am an actual customer, and he treats me like I was not unique or essential for his business, he just told me that go online to the web page the way he says it was so rude, no even friendly, they only take you by appointment. They don’t have any meetings until next Friday, so in the end, I decided to close my existing bank account. During Covid, the situation was tuff and brutal for everyone, but it was hard for us as a customer; we gave our money, and I trusted the bank, and we wanted to be treated with respect. How an employee treats a customer is essential in this case. This makes me doublethink, so sad because one bad employee can destroy the impression of a big company like WellsFargo

closes early on Friday so you cant cash your check. why would u close at 445pm on a friday when people work till 4-5pm and then have to drive in traffic for hours. Stay open till at least 6pm so people get there hard earned money
