First when I entered the bank Justin at his desk by himself no greeting. Few minutes later he ask how may help you, I told I’m unable to view one my accounts, he stated maybe I can’t help you. I ask him kindle to go on the computer and see why I am having this problem his comment was that does mean I can help you. I specific ask a another employee for help she stated Justin is the only one that is working. I asked Justin for someone to help me he went to the next customer . No manager or employer come to help this is bad customer service, I went out the bank call customer service within minutes my problem was solved. I’m going to close all my accounts because this is not the first time I’m experience bad customer service at this location.

The manager and bank teller LIED to me as I tried to deposit some series EE bonds. They told me there was a limit 10 I could deposit a day!!! Which makes no sense so now I have waste my time and go back everyday to the bank for the next week?The manager then came out and said the same thing!! They just didn’t want to deposit all of the bonds. I guess Wells Fargo doesn’t need my money.I don’t even want to bank with you guys anymore

?????Sharon! I’ve been visiting this branch quite a few times for last minute notary service and cash withdrawals. Efficient and speedy service by all staff. Sharon is always very courteous and goes out of her way and asks each person on the line how she can help. Thumbs up! The best bank branch in town(any bank).

This bank has the WORST customer service that I have EVER experienced. The manager especially was not helpful at all. Not willing to provide any solutions to a problem! LAZY!! Avoid Wells Fargo at all costs!

Seriously people look for better bank!! This Wells Fargo branch is the one of the worse customer service branch you can come to always a waste of time and the branch is empty. Every time I come this place there’s this lady that thinks she owns that place, I don’t feel welcome I don’t feel like they giving me the service the I think at least every one deserves when it come to your financial wealth being no, I feel like this lady is doing me favor by giving my money and being rude after all. Almost 30 mins waiting because she want show I don’t know who how to use the system. How unprofessional to choose to train people when there’s people waiting in line after me being alone when finally they wanted to take care of me because other 6 people came in a I was waiting for to long already. Seriously I’m gonna re think about going to better customer service bank because it’s not my first with Wells Fargo after more than 10 years with you.If you have to take care you financials think better on where are you leaving your money, you don’t want to have the frustrating and the anger I have to feel just to take my money out and get a decent service.

Walk into branch at 4:40 and they won't open a bank account because they said it takes too long (they close at 5). Can you believe that a bank won't stay an extra 15 minutes to open a bank account? I would give 0 stars if I could.

I'm disappointed by this branch. I had an appointment on a Tuesday, but the banker canceled due to being sick and I was not informed. I drove there for nothing. A banker claimed someone called and emailed me, so I showed my phone and email history to prove that was not done. I was told I would receive a call from the branch manager( I'm still waiting). I called the branch several times no answer. Based on the information in google, the peak busy time is low between 3-5p. It's frustrating because my parents are older, and this branch is closer to them.
