I went to the bank today to deposit money for my job. The teller told me they don’t take loose changeable all and that it’s in their policy. I asked to get a copy of where in the policy it says that and he claims he cannot give it to me. If it’s in your policy, as the customer how am I not allowed to view it? We deposit money every week and have never been told a such thing! He then contradicted himself by saying they only take loose change up to $100. The loose change did not total anywhere near $100 he was obvious just being lazy. He had such an attitude giving me back our document and deposit form. It’s not my fault he’s incompetent and doesn’t know how to count coins. They should close this branch their service is awful! The manager even came over and saw his attitude and did nothing about it. Worst bank experience I’ve ever had!

Waited In line to make a deposit for my business account, a woman not waiting in line just walked to the front with a bag and addressed the teller, had two people in front of me that were able to go then when it was my turn the teller tried to say she’s next.I asked him why is there a line if she can just cut, and why did the other two people get to go then she does?He said she’s a commercial account and that’s the reasoning why. Rediculously sketchy. I let him know that I am too and his attitude flipped. Didn’t know why I was singled out in that whole escapade.Bad taste in my mouth, looking at chase now.

No one likes going to the bank, especially not on a Friday. I had lost my card. Mr. Holdger helped me replace it. In the interim he ordered my card. Set my phone up so I could use Google pay. And was extremely kind. He did not rush me. He was very knowledgeable and was an exceptional person. I am absolutely ready to quit working with this agency. However, this teller was amazing!

Went into the bank for a simple activity, to open a business account. I was told I needed an appointment, but none were available. There were 4 employees sitting at desks with no customers. I've been a customer for 20+ years and have multiple accounts here. Well, no longer. I went down the street to Bank of America, very easy to see a banker and they took care of me straightaway.

I have been a Wellsfargo customer for over ten years. I needed to do a transaction during my lunch break but was told there was no teller available by a gentleman upon entrance. In addition, the outside self service was not working as well. I have never seen this in my life at any Wellsfargo. This is unacceptable to a valued and loyal customer. I shouldn't have to drive to another one that is further from my job because this one doesn't know how to staff properly. This location needs to do better.

The best experience EVER. I was late walking in to get certified checks for my new apartment tomorrow. I was told it was 15 dollars for 2. A few minutes later he came back and said what’s it for. I told him it was for a new apartment. He tells me you know what I’m NOT charging you. I LOVE HIM. I don’t have his name , I wish I did. If someone can help me by finding him and tell him I said Thank you.

The first thing Wells Fargo did during covid was to reduce my unused business line of credit down to $300. Insulted I closed the line, customer for over 20 years, good credit and never late. It cracks me up that their latest ad for covid reads "we are here for you"... LOL

One of the best Wells Fargo's I have gone in, very well managed and very fast lines. The bankers are very attentive to my needs and do not become impatient when I have a list of necessities. They have a very large parking lot, and a convenient drive-through ATM along with 2 indoors.

Worst branch of a bank that couldn't care less about customer service. If you are doing anything besides getting change for a dollar pick another bank! It took 45 minutes to ask me what I was there. Then I was told only one employee in the branch can open a new business account, and she was busy. When she finally emerged she laughed that we waited over an hour. Customer service is dead!

It's no surprise that this branch is rated so low. No customer service, rude lazy employees, laugh about complaints. Find another bank or at least another branch.

My reason for a 2 star review, is because the drive up ATM is never fully functioning. I have tried four times, says apart, and Deposit still not available. It was completely down about 1 week ago. Unfortunately this is nothing new. I like the location, so I hope they improve.
