these people totally suck at any competance! they are totally ablivious to great customer services experiences on-line shoping. Not only do they hand the delivery to a third party and the drivers are totally incopitant, but thier third party virtual assistants are as well. No food delivery and the hardest time in the world to get a refund. They just suck!

Stocker in the health and beauty area was very helpful. He stopped what he was working on and showed us to everything we were looking for. We stopped in two times today. Both times they were very steady and able to keep their lines down. Very efficient in getting customers through.

Groceries. Nuff said. Meat selection is not so good but the staff and cashiers are very nice and friendly. They tossed a guy for violating the social distancing/mask rules he raised hell and the police were called but the staff was very diplomatic. I always see the manager on the floor coaching and instructing the workers. She is a good manager and deserves a raise. The workers are doing what they need to. Cleaning all the carts and baskets. The bakery is ok. I read some negative reviews but I didn't experience any of that. The prepared food (chicken and ribs) was actually pretty fricken good and cost much less than than the BBQ spot down the street. The beer is always warm!!!! The open beer cooler does not work.

I stopped in today for a few items. Bleach and paper towels were available which made me happy as I was walking by the deli I noticed they were just putting lunch in the case and thought those ribs smell really good. So I stopped and got some Mac and cheese. Plantains and a slab of ribs. I wish i had gotten 2. They were absolutely AMAZING and fresh and delicious. When I was checking out I thought this store isn't the newest or isn't the nicest but the employees I dealt with were all really nice. The manager was in the middle Of a crisis with a customer( she was short on her groceries and literally left everything and left) and he just smiled and said. No worries I got this. He rang me up and laughed and talked with me and my children and just did the best he could. I would say all N all I will be back they have great specials and that lunch counter. Yah they got a hidden treasure there!!

Well, how do I put this....went to the deli to order a quick take out. Staff asked us what we wanted and we said subs, she said she would be right back, first clue this was going to be interesting.....5 min later, after she got off the phone she came back. Had to ask her to change her gloves, her reply was I just put these on...my reply back was u used those to answer the phone...yuck? So then we ordered our subs, because of our dietary needs we wanted our sub to be keto. Well this is where it took on the interesting....she didn't know what we meant (ok this is fair) so I explained to her to make a sub, just no roll and we would tell her what toppings we wanted. She made them for us, did a great job, asked where we were from, must be she knew we weren't locals, lol, and when all done wrapped them nicely, asked a coworker (in Spanish) how much to charge us, and proceeded to tag them. I told her thank you and she said she would never make another sub like this again. Now really? It's just a sub no roll....it wasn't hard, but I guess for her it was a mind blower! We came back later for another item and no issues....store was normally busy and cashier both times was pleasant. Scary guy outside trying to sell a store gift card for $10, riff raft should have been chased off the property.

It's hurricane season, and no, I'm not talking about the University of Miami. The fact is that from June to November, living in Florida means preparing for the worst and praying for the best. Hurricane Dorian formed, the governor declared a state of emergency, and it was time to get supplies. Given that I've seen this Winn-Dixie many times and it's somewhat hidden, I chose to go there for some of my supplies. Turns out to have been a good call. They had water, canned goods, snacks. I think the only thing they didn't have was cash back. Seriously speaking, the cashiers had signs by them saying it wasn't happening. Otherwise, everything was just dandy.

The worst place! Why are they even in business? Management staff is a JOKE! They will stand & watch as the customer service line reaches the door & not lift a finger to assist anyone. The two blonde Managers just stand around while 1 person works behind the customer service register. This is why Publix is a pleasure to shop at! I really don't know how they are open & operating! Just horrible!

While checking out 12.17 at 10.30 the b**** a** cashier ( brunet, no badge, braces) ,showed no mind to me and let me stand there with outstretched hand with phone while ignoring me trying to utilize my customer savings card. I kindly reminded her multiple times and was given no respect, and even attitude during the visit. As a frequent customer I expect more from your team and usually get the respect and treatment one expects while shopping. She was so rude, cold and giving me such malicious treatment I almost walked out and went to Publix. Toward the end of the checkout experience she finally acknowledged me only to ask id in a rude demeaning manor. I even asked her if she is having a bad day. She continued to give me attitude and even had the audacity to ask me what my problem is... I think I will give my business to Publix moving forward and drive the extra couple minutes. At the end of the checkout she hailed another coworker to finalize the transaction.. I'm appalled and this lady should not have a job if she does not want to work.. I have never been treated such and you guys should have a chat with her. I have been shopping there for years and everyone is so nice normally.. both the replacement and this cashier did not know how to treat someone and should have not been allowed to be so rude to me..

Everytime I go to the deli in this location, the precooked food looks like it has been there ALL DAY under the lamps! Today, I was hungry and decided to grab some wings, hoping they weren't as they looked, but they were how they looked. The wings still had feathers on them and they tasted "aged". I gave them 2 stars because the location on Miramar Parkway and SW 160th is like night and day to this one. Food always good and fresh. Hopefully they'll have an opportunity to mirror it's sister store.

stopped in for lunch today to get the chicken sandwiches that were on sale and a side of macs n cheese. They did not even have any of the chicken cooked the hot box was half full so plenty of room. I was asked if i could be helped and when i began to speak she looked down at her phone and blew me off. I will NEVER go back to this stink hole of a poorly run store ever! Crappy service and people who hate their job. Way to go winn dixie lost another customer to the poor service you provide.

i dont think this place can any more dirty rude or slow service than it already has.. they got all miserable employees..they have no idea about customer service but seems they know when their break is, seems thats all they talk about.. Manager Mike stands around with hands in pockets while observing the front register with 5 ppl in line.. while the 1 cashier there is busy with a Western union cust. Seems he feels he is above working the register again since hes a "manager" now. Gonna start driving the extra 2 miles to Publix.. a real grocery store!

Wow, this place is a dump and the staff hates working there, and it shows. Just thinking about eating anything from this store scares me.
