By now, everyone reading this review has probably been to a Whole Foods, or has had food or products from a friend or family, through work etc., Unless maybe you are from another country and this is a new experience for you. Whole Foods, or Whole Paycheck as I like to call it ;) is a specialty grocer that carries A LOT of healthy food, specializing in organic products or sustainable, planet friendly products. Be prepared to spend a small fortune depending on how much you are looking to shop for. I first got really acclimated to Whole Foods at the South Beach location in my old neighborhood of 8 years. Probably the smallest WF on the planet. This review is for the central Ft Laud location on Federal highway. After being in the overly crowded cramped SoBe locale for many years, this location is bigger and better. It has its own large vitamin shop on the right side of the building, I buy all of my supplements here! I became a Prime member in the last 18 months, (I was a crazy hold out!) and now I prolly can't live without it lol A few years ago Jeff Bezos and his Amazon purchased the chain. Prime members get a great deal here now on select items weekly, which helps with the premium prices they charge. The butcher shop here and seafood department are top notch with huge selection- Fridays this location has fresh oysters 12@$12 with many varieties is fantastic. That's a pretty shucking good deal ;) The prepared foods are extensive, and the hot food bar and salad bar are fire. I do find this location is lacking in the cheese selection done other locations have- as I love love love my cheeses.. I stop in here to eat often, it's on the way to and from home, and you can eat as healthy as you choose vs other fast food places. Always well staffed, very efficient for the prime time crowds and no vagrants/homeless like SoBe's which needed police there from open to close for theft. Ample seating indoors and outdoors to eat your food bar items and large spacious clean bathrooms. The only issue I have is getting out of the parking lot sometimes during rush hour :/ I'm a big fan of this store, and you'll find me here at least twice a week!

Great location. Good parking. Very fresh produce. They carry items like Broccolini and fresh Tumeric that aren't in many smaller stores. They have a hot food selection; and cold food. The tuna and salmon poke bowls are very fresh. I do recommend the store. There is also a health and beauty section- for items like Arnica

don't ever order anything from catering from this store!!! they lie! i ordered a meat lasagna 3 days in advance and even pre-paid. they called the day of pick up an hour before pick up time and said: "we don't have a meat lasagna" ... what???? "we have cheese but not meat" i had an event and i needed and was counting on it. they are unreliable, unprofessional, lie, and irresponsible to say the least. i called fresh market and another restaurant. they were both surprised and horrified with the story. luckyly il paisano took my order and had the lasagna done in 2 hours. never again use whole food market for your catering orders. they don't even deserve a one star and shame of them for ther lack of everything

Recently, I had the chance to shop at the Whole Foods located on Federal Highway. One of the first things I noticed was its strategic and convenient location, which is always a bonus when I'm on the go.Inside, the store is impressively organized, ensuring an easy and pleasant shopping experience. They seem to have everything you'd need for a wholesome grocery trip. From fresh produce to pantry essentials, the variety is commendable. However, a heads-up for those planning a visit: the parking situation can be a tad challenging. With the store being as popular as it is, combined with a somewhat limited parking space, it can sometimes require a bit of patience. But don't let that deter you - the quality and selection inside make up for it.Overall, this Whole Foods store is top-notch. Just plan a little extra time for parking, and you're in for a smooth shopping experience!

Our vegan daughter is a Whole Foods fan. We came here after having dinner with friends and my friend Roy F said to make sure to pick up a Vegan Ginger Snap for the girl. I approached the showcase and there were two left. Yes I was a piggy and took both of them because it was late in the day. To my eyes, the place is always fresh and clean.

Just saw it again.............. I reported this same individual to the management twice before............ a black man in the back of the deli counter, not wearing gloves, scratched his head and then continued working with food. That is strike three. In plain sight, no less. Makes you wonder what employees are doing when no one is looking???!!!! Board of Health............here I come!!!!

Why the hell is "whole foods" selling tilapia at their hot food bar? Anyone with a brain would know that they should never eat this fresh water fish. Google it and educate yourself. Whole foods is cutting costs and is prioritizing on profit over quality food. This is a perfect example. This is unacceptable of whole foods. After confronting them, they have since changed the description from "tilapia" to "whitefish" so the consumer doesn't know. Very deceptive and telling of whole foods. They do not care about your health or quality of food, they only care about profit. Anyone that has been shopping here over the years can see how the quality is going to shiet.

I was shocked to see genetically modified ingredients in many of Whole Foods 365 bakery products like cookies and in house bakery breads.

This location is one of the worst for service, there are never enough staff members to handle the check out lines. The fresh vegetable & meat products are ok, but this location is low end compared to the Lighthouse Point store for selections and quality

Who doesn't love Whole Foods? I've visited in many stores across the USA while traveling and they're always consistent with products and services and food. I needed a few items and some snacks and ended up having dinner from their hood and cold bars for about $15. Friendly staff who offered assistance several times and I was able to get almost everything I needed in this one spot.

Whole Foods in Fort Laud, what is going on with you? Today was a disaster. The ladies room was *filthy* and out of supplies. The shelves throughout the store were a disheveled mess. One thing I can always count on is that the cashiers will handle my purchases with care, but today the cashier threw around my food when she was ringing it up with a carelessness as if she was a publix employee. I work hard for my money and I shop at WF bc the cashiers respect that. I pay the higher prices bc I like the calmer experience at whole foods. Not today. You were understaffed today and your employees do not care. This creates a level of anger, something I am willing to pay more ay WF to avoid. Extremely unsettling.
