What an amazing experience with the Windowman of South Florida team! Shout out to Kim, Joe and Jeff for their over the top service from start to finish with my project. Communication, commitment, pricing and service was top notch. I would highly recommend this team for any window projects you may have. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

WindowMan is an excellent company. Responsive, thorough, and honest. I got my windows from Kimberly when she was with another company and I could always count on her. When she moved to WindowMan, I referred friends and business associates to her and she gave them the same attention she gave me. Now that she’s running the company, I hear even better things. WindowMan’s team is fantastic. Both Emmanuel and Joe have worked on referred projects and they’re incredible project managers. I will always be comfortable referring business to WindowMan because I trust them.

This is my first time working with Windowman of South Florida. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and level of service. Kimberly was fantastic to work with. Our new storefront was delivered and installed very quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new storefront.

Windowman of South Florida is a disaster! Avoid them at all costs. The products (PGT Windows) are terrific, but the service is horrible! The last time I worked with them they lost the measurements taken of my windows and doors (twice) and had to return to my house in order to remeasure the openings three times over several months. Orders were never actually placed so I had to keep following up with them to make sure that they actually submitted the order for manufacturing. That is how I found out they were unable to find the measurements and had to return to measure again and again. Every time I contacted the company a pleasant receptionist told me someone would call me back. No one ever returned my phone calls. Emails were likewise ignored or generated unsatisfactory answers. After more than a year my products were finally delivered to their warehouse, but they had no one to install the products and had to “find” installers. I heard this for months--literally. Finally, I told them to simply deliver the products and I would take care of the installation myself. We agreed on a delivery date, but on the date they notified me that the truck driver was just that: a driver. He would not be unloading the products, and I would have to have my own laborers on site to unload the truck. Have you ever purchased a product where the customer has to unload the product from the delivery truck? The contract I signed with the company specifically included delivery. Nevertheless, I hired 4 day laborers who successfully unloaded the products and placed them in my garage.Having found my own installer(s) I learned that four of the windows that were delivered were improperly measured, improperly sized, and could not be installed in the opening. Three separate installers arrived at this same conclusion. As a result, I had to repurchase four windows from another vendor (more waiting... measurements… construction… delivery). Eventually, the correctly sized windows were successfully installed. Windowman of South Florida left me with bills for unloading the truck, buying new windows from another vendor, and installation costs… and they were happy to ignore me until they were served with a subpoena to appear in the county Court where I sued them to recover my additional expenses—with all my receipts and paperwork in hand. All of a sudden, they were very eager to talk to me to resolve the case. I ignored their lawyer and told him we would do our talking in Court. The Court sent us to mandatory arbitration where their attorney kept insisting that my costs were overblown. They offered to settle for $4k. I declined; they offered to settle for $6k. I declined; the mediator finally asked if there was any number I was willing to settle for. I said yes, the full amount for which I am suing and the maximum allowed in small claims. Eventually they agreed and paid the full amount. All of this was unnecessary.Throughout much of the case, their attorney kept trying to blame the pandemic and assert that the company was not at fault. I pointed out that the pandemic did not prevent them from returning my calls, emails, or unloading the truck as required in the contract. Nor was the pandemic responsible for them losing the measurements (twice), or for incorrectly measuring four of the windows. The mediator apparently agreed.Again, the products are excellent, and I am very satisfied now that it’s all over, but this company is managed by incompetent staff! They should be fired and replaced with people who actually know a thing or two about customer service. For example, once measured the data should be entered into some kind of information management system. So if the person who did the initial measurements quits or dies the company still has the measurements. Apparently they never thought of this…. Attached are photos of the laborers I had to hire to unload the truck.

Have done work with this company for many years. They have years of experience working with some of the best window and door brands on the market, PGT, CGI, ES Windows, Marvin. John is great. Kim is fantastic.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. Unfortunately there has been a significant delay in completing the project and to make matters worse, we find out after the project started that there wasa missing panel. Little to almost no contact and willing to help clients throughout the process. Unfortunately I did not do a due diligence in reading all reviews about the company. Very frustrating to see the lack of professionalism during the entire process, and the consequences that all of this involves.

Its going on 6 months!Terrible misleading communication. The installation is not done! Windows and Doors are broken, Missing/ Wrong hardware, the wrong doors installed, trim was left a mess and a FAILED inspection. They decided to not pay their sub contractor to finish the installation. So the contractor asked us for more money or they would just leave and not come back. What was going to be a 3 day installation which we waited 4 months for is now going on 4 weeks.

Dec 29, 2022 - While I appreciate your response Melody, and some recent assistance in November with my project...the fact remains that it has now been 4 months and the project is still incomplete. I still need correct colored patio door sills, window weep holes repaired, and reimbursement for the mess in my house, plus the $4,000 I paid to another contractor to re-caulk the entire interior windows and doors due to the poor workmanship of your crews.Terrible, just terrible. I am on week 6 of an estimated 3-5 day install. I have windows that arrived the wrong shape, entry door wrong, patio door sills wrong, multiple defects in patio doors and not operating correctly, failure to protect my furniture/floors from construction debris, etc.. The service and install team has failed my project miserably. I am still dealing with this daily/weekly for SIX WEEKS, and not one person from the upper management team (decision maker) has contacted me regarding credit/compensation for this ongoing mess, or when they will finally complete this install. My calls, my texts, my emails, it is a constant battle working with Windowman. What a terrible mistake I made when hiring them...never again!

First and foremost, I recognize a rockstar when I meet one and it’s not only hard to find quality customer service nowadays, but it’s especially a challenge to have someone so extremely well-versed in their craft. Kimberly Wedderburn is legitimately dedicated to her customers and exceedingly thorough. She didn’t just offer me impact windows, she custom-tailored my entire experience by presenting me with options she felt would best suit my home. Typically, too many options can be overwhelming but she made understanding each option incredibly simple, and yet still detailed enough to set a very high standard of excellence. It’s refreshing to encounter people committed to providing their customers with an exceptionally satisfying experience. Thank you Kim! & Thank you Window Man!!

I recently had Impact Window and Doors Installed at our home by Window Man. My product arrived in six weeks and installation took less then one week to complete (25 windows and 4 doors). I was very happy with my sales associate Martin and Victoria the installation coordinator.Thank you for completing my job before the holidays.LB

Placed an order for impact windows and door back in September 2020, gave them an initial deposit of 50% as requested and signed the contract .After 10 months of continuous lies and misleading promises that I was next in Q , and 4 times measuring the windows they finally called me stating that my order has never been placed by them nor my order existed anywhere and if I wanted to go on with the order I had to wait another 6 months and the measurements had to be taken againOf course I couldn't trust them anymore which only after 3 weeks was refunded and only under litigation threatsDo the math if you’ll ever want to business with this company, back in retrospect I should have taken them to court

One of the best experience I had with contractors in South FL. Friendly, responsive and professional. I was surprise they even had the best prices for doors and windows. Their install process could use some coordination improvement but the quality is right. Therefore 5 Stars I will work with them in the future.
