It feels clusterphobic when you walk in, completely different than the experience you get at the Dainia store location. The gentleman was helpful though not very warm and fuzzy. I had a feeling he wasn't feeling well and for that reason I will cut him a break! He helped me on one issue. The second, not so much. I stopped by the Dania location, but it was so busy. Will go back and get my second issue resolved there.

Many times I come into the store and receive great service and I never leave a comment. Today, I had problems with my equipment and account.. the problem finally resolved. ? thanks for making the customer a priority.

Make sure not to purchase any of the following internet equipment: Storm Ready or XfiPods.If by any chance they don’t work or you need to return them it’s a NIGHTMARE. No one knows how to do the return and they are powerless in the store, they even have to chat with Xfinity so they authorize the return in the store. This is my second attempt to do the return, the first time they simply said they couldn’t do it, asked me to call Xfinity, and when I did they told me to come back to the store.Right now I’m writing this review while I wait for the rep to ask EVERYONE in the store how to do it, no one knows and all of them are chatting with Xfinity to see how it’s done. It’s been 1h literally and they haven’t been able to figure it out.

Trying to get a customer service agent to be respectful is asking way to much!I'm sorry I want to see prices in writing and don't know the difference between superfast, gigabit, gigabit extra, bla bla bla.They will not put any of the promotional pricing on paper!

Seems your usual trying to " upgrade" your bill and items provided. Like AT&T can't trust your getting a good deal. Fast talking and nothing in writing. Fishy as hell.

I can’t believe I’m saying this but the last two times I’ve been here the customer service has been excellent! There were plenty of reps to handle the people waiting. I returned 3 cable boxes and traded for 3 wireless ones. After she took care of that in less than 5 minutes she helped me with figuring out what cable boxes my maintenance people through out (by mistake) and then she gave me her card and told me to email her with all the serial numbers and she would take the ones thrown away off my account. Thanks Nidia!

This location is horrible. They will have several people waiting and the managers will just set in the back making the customers sit and wait. They don not rush and help.

Poor Experience with Xfinity Customer ServiceI had a disappointing experience with Xfinity due to the unhelpful customer service, inaccurate information provided, and the absence of managerial assistance. It seems the company is indifferent to customer retention.

These guys are amazing. I waited for 4 days for Xfinity to deliver my modem and they didnt. I went into this store and left the store with my modem in just less than 5 minutes!
