Room is so old and grimy not sure how I'm gonna sleep without wearing all my clothes. Staff is nice but definitely the whole experience is ruined by the room. The guy at the front said some rooms are renovated but couldn't help me. Told me to ask the manager in the morning. Horrible place to stay! Not a bad place to hang out at the Tiki bar but that's about it.

This place is right on the beach which is nice but the rooms were dirty with rust on the baseboards and the water coming from the show was a green color. It was just gross and I would never come back to this place.

What a dump! The tiles are coming off in the shower, the bathroom door doesn't close right and when you get it closed you might not get the door opened. There was water dripping from the ceiling. Multiple gaps in the walls from repairs not being done correctly. The table on the deck is not stable. The valet parking is ridiculous, they do not help with luggage, half the time we were told to get our own car. Totally ignored us and stared helping other people that came after us. If you talk to the front desk they tell you they are a separate company. Sorry, they're representing your hotel! We spoke to the front desk and we were told we had one of the better rooms. I have never paid to use a towel, lounge chair as a guest at a hotels beach before $10 charge. Tiki Bar is over priced asked fir a shot she gave me 2, nice why to over charge a guest. You can not order breakfast in the morning unless you're sitting in the shade at the Tiki Bar Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else.

If there was an option for ZERO stars that's what I'd give this hotel. Worst experience of my life. From the minute we checked in, the staff was very unwelcoming... once we entered the room the sheets looked like they have never been cleaned. Also the window was open and there was no lock for it! I was on the first floor so it was alarming, the second door lock was broken ALSO at this point i was feeling very unsafe. An hour later I'm laying in my bed and an employee walks into my room unannounced!!!!! I say "excuse me" and she closes the door and walks away. That was my breaking point i packed up my bags & left. Going to the front to check out it's the employee that came into my room (Renee) i tell her I'm checking out because i felt unsafe and how she walked into my room that way was not okay and how she didn't even apologize about it i was not going to stay there, she argued back and forth was VERY rude and also made up a story saying the door was open (it was NOT) I asked for a manager and he didn't even brother to address the issue never showed up instead he spoke on the phone with the employee to issue a refund. Save your money !!!! DONT STAY HERE. Trashy establishment and trashy employees. This is a hotel where hookers go to do their business STAY AWAY ! Unsafe, Unclean and I'm truly disturbed by this entire experience.

DO.NOT.STAY.HERE.EVER. I purchased the hotel stay via Last Minute Travel Club back in January 2019. The hotel room was paid in full and in advance. I arrived approximately 8:45 am March 8, 2019. The hotel clerk- [slender in build, female, older with glasses and dark medium length hair] told me that the rooms weren't ready yet because checkout time was 11am. She charged my credit card for the $16.50 resort fee and handed me the receipt after I signed the hotel receipt copy. She then offered to store my luggage in the back office while I waited. I purchased breakfast and waited. At 11am, a Latino male hotel clerk, [slender in build] at the hotel desk indicated that a room had become available, but wouldn't be ready until 1:30pm because it needed to be cleaned. He also said that they had rented the hotel to full capacity so there were no rooms available until after 11am. So, I went back up to the hotel desk at 1:30pm, and the same male assigned me to room #237. He gave me two hotel keys and I finished the hotel registration process and collected my luggage from the back office. At this time, another Latino male, [approximately 6'4" height, about 230-245 pounds (football linebacker in stature), named Rafael, was present at the hotel clerk desk when I received my keys and room assignment. By the time I got up to the room, it was 1:38pm. By this point, I'm exhausted from my cruise & Uber travel from Miami, and I had only gotten 2-2.5 hours of sleep prior to coming to Fort Lauderdale, so I put on my pajamas and fell into a deep sleep in the hotel bed. At approximately 2:15pm, a female knocked on my door and yelled: "Housekeeping". I replied, "Ma'am, I am sleeping right now, could you please come back later?" She said, "ok", and walked away. Approximately fifteen minutes later after I had fallen back asleep, I hear someone beating loudly at my door. I was startled awake, and then asked, "Who is it?" Then, the voice at the door said, "This is hotel management and you need to open up this door right now!!! " Startled and confused, I said, "Just a minute, let me put my descent clothes on." When I opened my door slowly, the same Latino male, Rafael, who towered over me in his intimidating gigantic stature, gave me the most evil look as he huffed and puffed, staring at me. He then screamed and asked me, " How did you get into this room?!" I said, [in a calm voice] "The hotel clerk downstairs gave me the keys and You were standing there when he did..." His response: "Ok, I believe you." He then asked for my receipt from downstairs, and I produced my receipt. He then asked me if I had paid for the room, and ONCE AGAIN, I produced my receipt showing that the hotel had been paid in full since January 2019. He reviewed the receipt, and then said, "Okay, I believe you." He then went on to tell me that he needed to speak with the hotel clerk who gave me the room because there was an employee staying in the room prior to me coming into that room. I then asked, "So, are we good here?" He then said yes, and that he would never knock on my door again and backed out of my room. [Side note: If he had believed ANYTHING that I was saying, he could've checked with the slender Latino male at the front desk prior to bum-rushing my hotel room, and frightening me!!!] Before he closed the hotel door while backing out of the door, I then requested for maintenance to fix my toilet because it was clogged. The same 6'4" Latino Male, Rafael, stated that he would have maintenance to come and fix it. I waited for another 1.5 hours as I couldn't go back to sleep due to having heart palpitations [I also have high blood pressure, and needed to use the restroom because I had to take medications to slow my heart rate due to Rafael coming to my hotel room and scaring me] from the Latino male, Rafael,

Do not stay at this nightmare of a hotel, especially if you're traveling with a group of women. If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. We stayed in the penthouse suite for a bachelorette party, and upon arrival, hotel staff told us they would give us $400 off our reservation if we all went onto yelp at that moment and gave them 5 stars and a glowing review. The fact that they were compensating customers to give fake reviews online should have been the first red flag. In addition to the room being dirty, having no hot water, a smashed window and countertop, and what I'm assuming were multiple violations of safety codes, our room was broken into when we went out for the night. We spent hours with the police, and hotel staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. They were HORRIBLE and told us we'd have to wait for management to deal with it in the morning. They wouldn't relocate us to a room that actually had locks or help us find other accommodations for the night. At one point, the maintenance man on duty actually laughed at us. We had to leave in the middle of the night and find another hotel that we felt safe in, as our room locks didn't work and anybody in the hotel could access us at any point. The hotel was absolutely not safe for a group of women. Luckily, we we were able to stay at a hotel next door that was very nice and professional, and we got a full refund from Ocean Manor after going back and speaking with management the next day. It's unclear whether the refund would have happened had the police not been involved, but based on other reviews, I'm assuming not. Please, save yourself the time and aggravation and stay anywhere but here.

I stayed at Ocean Manor for two nights at the end of March. They whole experience was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. When we arrived the first room we were in was not cleaned properly and the soap holder in the bathroom was covered in rust. We requested to switch rooms. In our second room as soon as we arrived the air conditioner was leaking from the ceiling. We had to use gum to patch it because no one came to fix it. The beds were wildly uncomfortable and the furniture was broken and patched up. The toilet did not flush properly. The window to Balcony was shattered. And our door looked as if someone tried to break out (see pictures). It felt very unsafe. After requesting to get the safe in our room fixed three times no one came to fix it (we did not feel safe to leave our valuables in the room). When returning from the beach after our first night we found the room was only partially cleaned and only one bed was made. After this terrible experience we choose to leave the hotel and move to the one next door. (Which was much nicer) The whole experience was nightmarish. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
