On our way home from Georgia back to Altoona! After hurricane Milton evacuation ! We stop by this store for misc plus hot food ! Well ! YOUR OIL Desperately needs to be changed! As the potato wedges ,onion rings ,fish and jalapeno poppers tasted like old shoes ! Please check your oil! Waste of money ! Especially at this time !

The only reason they stay open is that have a monopoly, meat is repackage out if date the steaks are thin enough you can see through, vegetables are almost as bad as the meat . Seriously wish someone else could buy this place and make it great again.

I think they are going out of business. The shelves are barely stocked, and the prices are ridiculous. They charge $18.99 for a 12-pack of Coors Light and $8.98 for some potato wedges. 🫣🤯 Save yourselves!

Have the necessities here if you forgot something. Wouldn’t recommend relying on for daily grocer needs. Could use some sprucing up or cleaning.

Ok for what it is, but not for what it isn't. I saw meat in there that was absolutely disgusting. You can't claim to be a butcher and then display bad product. If your business doesn't support high volume, at least flash freeze everything the day it is cut. At least it would be fresh and then you could still offer a good selection. That single visit put everything in the store into question for me.

The grocery store is always well-stocked, and they have fantastic staff! They offer a hot bar, and everything is delicious. I suggest you try the biscuits and gravy, potato wedges, and chicken gizzards. I always come back because of their outstanding staff!

I must say I was surprised at the selection and reasonable pricing considering the remoteness and size of the store. They have a good selection of beer in the cooler. We also purchased fuel at the pump.
