I have been a customer in this zip for over 30 years. I have also dealt with other post offices throughout the state.
In both business and personal the staff and carriers here go above and beyond, especially with what they have to work with plus bad roads and bad attitudes. You seem to forget how they all helped the community during the pandemic.
Yeah you may have a bad apple now and then but who doesn't.

I believe this office is the worst of the worst. Our mail carrier has stolen almost every package that arrives at our address in my name since November 2024... No exaggeration. She was stealing from our address so I started having packages delivered to our next door neighbor and that stopped nothing. Luckily, she failed to notice the recent trail cams installed that actually prove she's stealing packages. We attempted reporting the issue but, the employee was blatantly rude and offered nothing outside of making it known that no employee in this office was going to care or offer assistance. We left messages in person stating we wished to speak to the Post Master.... Haven't heard one word. The last day we attempted, another customer was there to report the EXACT SAME ISSUE.
The 2.7 review average is generous.
We are carrying this issue outside of the local office and will do whatever it takes to have this mail carrier terminated and prosecuted.
Theft. Blatant theft. Air tags will be sporadically gifted soon along with two additional cameras.
I hope she has enjoyed everything she's taken! I'm filing claims on all of it and hope she feels it was worth her community soon knowing just exactly who and what she is.

Idk who works here but hopefully trump clears house and hires actual capable mail couriers. I opted in to informed delivery and my W2 was supposed to be delivered yesterday but never got it and my informed delivery doesn't show it as an expected delivery anymore, it's not in the system like it was delivered yesterday.

Worst postal service I’ve ever dealt with!!! Mail lady lied and said my package couldn’t be delivered because the road was blocked (completely clear road and no one tried to deliver because I was home all day). No one else on my road received mail either on January 2 (hmmmm). She threatened to go “Postal” because I dared to ask her a question. I complained to the post master, who never even bothered to follow up with me! When you try to call the office, no one answers the phone. Rating - 0. They should step aside and let someone take over who takes pride in their job!!!

First of all the individuals who work in the building are wonderful. I have no problems with them, they are lovely, personable and helpful and the only reason this location gets 3 stars. The individuals who deliver the mail are awful they get a 1/2 star if possible. If you are new to the area my best bit of advice is to get your mail as soon as they deliver it, and keep track of packages. The person who delivers our mail seems incapable of shutting the mailbox, and since we live in Florida it rains often and the mail is ruined. We have had cards, checks, and letters turned into soggy bits because they can't be bothered to shut the mailbox all the way. Checks can be replaced cards cannot. Packages have gone missing or have been delivered to homes that could not be mistaken with the address. I complained once about the mailbox not being shut and the carrier punished us by leaving it wide open for the following week. The only safe bet is to rent a PO box but then you have to deal with that being a point of contention with anything that requires a physical address and the resulting confusion of mailing vs physical address. Those that are hired to deliver need to be further trained and supervised because in this age of communications packages shouldn't get lost this often and shutting the mailbox door isn't rocket science. I am aware it is a tedious and possibly thankless job, but closing a mailbox is not asking too much. To the employees in the office big thanks to y'all, we love you!

6 weeks ago I called and let them know I was closing on my house, and she was real nice and assured me she'd get me a box all set. I've been in my house for one month today, and still no mail box. I'm getting irritated now.

It’s pretty sad when your postal carrier lies. Nothing in my box, but notice to the addresser says I requested they hold it at 10:50am and she hasn’t even delivered to my house yet. I know they’re busy this time of year but DO NOT LIE!

I had to pick up my package because it was to big for my mail box. The women/cashier had such great customer service. I told her I would not be able to get the package if it was exposed because it is a Christmas present for my daughter/neice and she was with me. The woman took her time to cover up the box that exposed what was inside. She's amazing and did not have to go out of her way to do that. I really appreciate her.

The mail lady for my home address ran over my dog. The neighbors witnessed it and she picked him up out of my driveway and tossed him to the side and took off. I have video footage. She needs to be fired because this is not the first time she has hit an animal and took off with proof. Now I have to explain to my children that their 6 month old puppy is never coming home.
