I dropped off 3 firearms for some cleaning and maintenance. 1 of my shotguns was from my dad. It didn't eject the shell after firing. Wallace knew right away what the problem was. When everything was cleaned and repaired, he explained to me on how to use it properly. Definitely going back for all my firearm needs!

Always have what I'm looking for, and can get it for me if they don't. Very knowledgeable about their stock too.

Took my rifle in to get reblued. I ended up waiting 7 months instead of the 3 that I was told. When I got it back it was done incorrectly and was still charged full price ! I will NOT be back for any kind of service.

Bryson was very accommodating and eager to help me pick out my first gun. He is a very kind and a very knowledgeable young man when it comes to fire arms and ammunition. Otha was also very obliging during my visit. He even provided information on a gun class for beginners and gave me great advice on a few things. Both Bryson and Otha are not only very kind and helpful but it's certainly obvious they know their guns and ammo. It was hands down an amazing experience for me and i am very thankful for their help. I highly recommend Mc's Gunsmithing and Services to anyone and gladly give a 5 star rating.

These people respect and take care of customers in a very professional top notch quality. They solved a problem I had with my revolver easily. The store has a small countryside town charm and it seems it is still in the 40's 50's. For me that's a plus as I love american small towns

Others may rave, but my experience was even more worse than Bad.I took my wife's Pistol in to have night sights installed on it, and, when I picked it up after they called, I noticed the slide was chipped, scratched, and gouged. I immediately brought it to the store owners attention and he blew it off as Holster wear. I told him the pistol had never seen an holster and when I brought it in to him for the work, it hadn't even had 100 rounds of ammunition put through it since it was bought new. He told me their vice has pads on it to prevent that sort of thing from happening. I told him again, it was a brand new firearm when I brought it in and now it looks like this. His response: "Well, what do you want me to do about it."I was, at that time, also bringing in my Father's Rifle that's been in need of service for a very long time. I left it with MC, but immediately called my Dad and told him about my experience and asked if he really wanted me to leave it there. He decided to let it stay. However, he went back 2 months later to pick up the rifle because there had been no service performed on it.I know people who have had work done by him and have nothing but good things to say. I won't ever use him for anything on my firearms again. As a side note, the Beretta Pistol that shot straight and true at 25 yards when it was first fired out of the box, now shoots very low and left at 15 yards and now the wife has to rely solely on her laser to hit the target accurately

Some may find this petty, but they want your name and address for purchases that have nothing to do with FFL regulations. There is no reason for this.
