I've been having transmission issues since I swapped it out, and I've done everything I could with my limited knowledge and nothing. I came by, and within 5 mins, they knew what the problem was and knew exactly how to fix it. He even told me what needed to be done and said it was so easy, I could do it myself and save some money. Stand up guys. That's the sign of a trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic.

The transmission on my 2003 Cummins Ram was acting up. Brought it in to Rawlins expecting to need it rebuilt. Turns out, I just needed a new filter, gasket, and fluid change. I know nothing about transmissions, so they could've just lied and told me that I needed a new transmission and made a lot of money off of me. Instead, they saved me a lot of money by just being honest, something that a lot of businesses lack these days. The price was affordable and fair, and the service was great. In and out in a day. My truck runs perfect now, and any transmission work I need in the future will now be going to Rawlins.Service: Transmission

I am the owner of the Badcock store in Fort Meade. I had a problem with a transmission in a box truck. I took it to them and they said they thought it was the computer and wanted me to have the dealer put it on the computer to make sure. Well the dealer said it was the transmission but it only had a problem after it warned up and that didn’t make since. So I pick up the truck and took it back to David. Long story short they took the computer off and had someone rebuild it to fix my problem. Most people would have just put a new transmission in the truck. But not these guys they do business the old fashion way with honesty. If you want someone to work on a transmission that’s honest go see them. Thank you so much for watching out for your customers.

These guys do great work for a respectable price. Have had a few transmissions and rearends rebuilt by them and havent had any issues with any of their repairs.
