First thing first, how hard is it to close a mailbox? Ours is never closed and our mail is always soaked when it rains..
The last 2 weeks the mail carrier has parked at our driveway and walked the packages up to the front door, For some reason they try and stuff a box that doesn't fit in our mailbox, well it was blown out and stormed on soaking the box and my mail inside the mailbox. Even better the delivery confirmation says delivered to front door. How incompetent and lazy is this driver??? I know USPS doesn't care and this is why I never use them for anything and I always advise my customers to do the same. IV filed a complaint already but it's probably going to fall on deaf ears.

Taken at 9:10am 10/13/22 Sure wish they were actually open when they say they are open. Don’t adhere to hours, open when they feel like it- your tax dollars at work.

Post office is supposed to open at 9 and at that time there’s a line of people waiting outside a locked lobby with no sign as to where anyone is or why they’re not open. This in a Monday and not a holiday for reference. When the post office employee finally opened the lobby at almost 0930, she seemed out of breath from working so hard and said “we open when we can” when asked by the guy in front of me in line if they were supposed to open at 9. Seems like this post office desperately needs more employees to help out.

Worst mail delivery ever, get everybody else's mail half the time and never get my own. Already filed for complaints with the post office. But nothing has been done yet. Leave note in mailbox tell them that it's not my mail and they drive off and leave it anyway.

The lady that delivers our mail has a horrible attitude, she throws the packages in our driveway, or she leaves slips like she has attempted when in fact she has never got out of the vehicle!!! I have even seen her cussing and yelling and speeding down our road !!! I hate to say this I really do but she needs to quit or be fired !! I will start to record her if need be !

The workers at this post office and there delivery people just don't care at all.. Every single time I'm expecting a package it doesn't show up & we have to drive to the office to get it.. same thing every time.. they say the address is wrong. But when I get the package it's clearly right. Heck there are only 8 houses on my street. This is now the 3rd time they have lost my package completely. Driver gets back and just dumps it in the return to sender bin. Forget using a tracking number they will just say they can't find it.. All very rude people..
