“Dr. Shank and her team are wonderful! I emailed them over the weekend about my injured and sick cat, Dr Shank herself called my Monday morning and had me bring him in.
She was quick and efficient at treating and diagnosing him and now he’s back to feeling much better!”

“I’ve been taking my dog to the Bartow low-cost animal clinic for several years now. We’ve only needed annual check ups and shots until we didn’t.
I would give 10 stars to everyone at Bartow Low Cost Animal Clinic. Today, my 16-year-old Yorkie had surgery to remove a growth in his mouth, along with multiple teeth extractions.
We were given straightforward options and thorough information about the risks and considerations for a dog his age, which helped us make an informed decision to proceed. From start to finish, we were treated with genuine respect and compassion by the office staff, technicians, and the veterinarian. We truly felt our dog was in very caring and capable hands.
I honestly don’t think he could have received better care anywhere else. The bonus to this high level of service, is the “low cost”. There is a good reason it’s in part of the Clinic‘s name.”
“Called to transfer records due to moving. Nicole had them sent over to the new vet in less than 5 minutes. She has always been over the top amazing in that office. ?”
