This is the worst pedicure I have ever received. The service was rushed, the lady was rough and you certainly don't get the attentive service you get in other salons. At one point the lady was filing my toe rather than my nail and it was very painful. I brought this to her attention and it was not received very well. Needless to say I will never go back and I suggest you find another place to go. And, for what you receive in service, the price is quite high.

The worst pedicure I've ever had. The man I had didn't know how to trim, file or polish nails ?. He had me bleeding and he was very rough. The polish wasn't dry but hurried me out and messed up my nails. The boss had to redo. Won't ever go back.

Didn’t have a chance of doing my nails at Regal Fort Myers Beach because the guy who works there is SO RUDE.Avoid this place unless you want to be mistreated.I took my business to a different salon where they treated me with respect. As a bonus, it was cheaper and prettier salon.

The experience here was not very enjoyable. The staff was not personable at all. As a matter of fact, they would not answer when I had a question?? Felt unwelcome and will not return.

Always get right in hit or miss on how long the nail color will last depends on who is doing it

The best nails I've gotten since I moved here. I've tried several places. The guy that did my nails that day, took his time. And it's been a week, no cracks, peeling or turning up. Will definitely go back ♡♡♡

The guy was not friendly at all. But he was fast and skilled. I would return when in town, however this salon is dirtier than a meth lab in a trailer park. There was dirt and dust in every single visible surface. I almost left but just stayed and got it over with! I thought would be cheaper because of location. Instead I paid more for my services because he upcharged me worhkut confirmation or consent. They need to be investigatedServices: Manicures

UNSANITARY AND UNSKILLED! I honestly had no expectations when I walked in. Just wanted a simple pedicure. It was inside a Walmart after all, so really, didn't expect much. Based on their price chart at the front, I had decided on the $30 spa pedicure. There were 3 employees in the shop 1 man, 2 women, and 4 customers in chairs and 1 waiting. The male employee was running around very stressed from client to client. Two of the seated clients chose to leave before their pedis were started, much to the unhappiness of the staff, who were yelling at them to stay. At this time they brought me to a chair a waved me to sit down. Now it gets interesting. The chairs where the two walkouts had been sitting were still filled with water. They brought over the client that was waiting (which I don't know why they seated me before her as she had been there before I arrived) and seated her in the chair next to me, which is were a walkout had been, with their feet in the water that was still in there. I told this lady not to put her feet in there, that someone else had their feet there, but she did anyway. The male employee was going from chair to chair to get the jets started, putting his hands in each foot bath without rinsing them off before going to the next. One of the female employees finished up with a manicure on another client, then came to me to start my pedi. Did not wash her hands, did not use sanitizer. Nothing. She plopped out some tools and files on a visibly soiled table next to my chair. The tools themselves came off the counter across the salon, no evidence of being cleaned or sterilized prior. There was a dirty looking, polish stained towel placed on the footrest. Now for the actual pedi - if you can call it that. My nails needed major shaping and filing. What they got was a piss poor quick file, even quicker cuticle removal, and a 3 second calf rub. My callouses were barely touched. There seemed to be some kind of speed record trying to be set by this girl because attention to detail and being careful were not on her agenda. She asked what color I wanted, so I pointed to the sample. I made sure to tell her I wanted the $30 pedi since no one bothered to ask which one I wanted. Shen then proceeded to upsell me in very broken english to "shellac" polish for $40. After going back and forth with her I finally said ok, fine. The color I chose was dark, which in my mind would need several coats. Well, I got the clear base coat first - and was horrified at the uv light contraption they had me put my feet in to dry it. IT WAS FILTHY! Not even wiped down. Felt slimy, greasy, and gross! I had to put my feet in this thing 3 different times, and I was certain at that point that I would leave there with some funky fungus or bacteria. Cringing through the rest of the pedi, the young lady very rapidly applied the color polish to my toes, very thin, pretty sloppy. Second coat was applied even faster, and thinner, which I didn't think possible. I did not protest as it looked just okay from a distance and I really just wanted to get out of there and spray disinfectant on my feet. I paid my $40 plus and left as quickly as possible. When I got outside and looked at my toes in the sun, the inconsistencies with coat coverage and application were VERY obvious. I was not in the least bit happy and am just chalking this experience up as an expensive learning lesson. UNSANITARY AND UNSKILLED. Spare yourselves the annoyance and go somewhere else, anywhere else that actually takes a little bit of pride in their work.

This is tricky. Upon first look, this place is filthy. Clearly cleanliness is not expected nor enforced. I'm surprised a health department or cosmo board had not shut this place down. Tools are not cleaned. Equipment and polished are all over the place and covered in grime. Yes, my nails and pedi look nice. The lamp to dry my manicure was sticky and absolutely disgusting. And I was charged the same amount as higher class salons, even though the staff was unfriendly and the the entire salon is a staph infection waiting to happen. My mani should have been half what I was charged. I was upcharged for a service and never consented. I have reported to the health department.

So we travel the country and I get manicures and pedicures often. This will go down as the worst EVER!! My manicure lasted all of about 15 minutes and that included polishing and no hand/arm massage!! Next up... my pedicure. The place has 7 pedicure chairs and there was one other lady in a chair getting her pedicure. They sat us right next to each other! No 6' social distancing here!! Now I love getting a pedicure and the best part is always the leg/foot massage. Well the massage lasted less then 30 seconds!! I am NOT exaggerating!! She put the lotion on and literally wiped it off!!! No... they weren't busy as there were a total of three people, and even if they were this was not acceptable. A mani/pedi is a treat, a wonderful treat, and should be an experience. Well this was certainly an experience and sadly not a good one.
