Horrible experience! They kept charging my card even after we removed our Trailer. Asked for my money back and was told no.

Long time customer of 7 years. The manager actually wished that I got in a car wreck when I pulled my trailer out. ******* is an uncouth, angry redneck that has no place in customer service. They called the police on me for doing basically what they asked me to do. Idiots

This place is truly Terrible. Over priced. Pain. Mean staff. No insurance on your stuff. For a place called Safe T they kept absolutely nothing safe from hurricane Ian. Threatened me and offered no sort of help or compassion about everything I kept there for a year was utterly destroyed by water and By their mold infested units. Complete dumpster fire owners and staff. Keep your stuff somewhere safer and more convenient. Almost everywhere else is cheaper and safer then this place.

Manager wished that I got in a car wreck upon leaving with my trailer. Gave me nothing but a hard time after hurricane Ian with cleanup. Had me move my trailer to a spot they picked out, only to want me to move it the next day. I'd take my business elsewhere.

Safe T Storage is a good place to store your items. They have very fair prices there Security is fairly good. They make everyone check into the office and sign in when they approach to go on the property. You must buy your own insurance. Say hello to Dave when you’re there, he’ll be checking on you. ?

Top notch security and people!! My husband and I live full time over the road but parked our vehicle here while on an extended family vacation. Apparently some scammer with a tow truck tried to come in claiming he was sent to pick up our vehicle. They intervened, stopped him from coming near it, and threatened to call the cops. If these kind people at Safe T Storage hadn’t stopped this crook we’d be both homeless and out of a job. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I didn't own any storage here but the staff are amazing and love thier job here and take it seriously. Shout out to the man who rides the golf cart. Very helpful and nice. Wish I got his name so I can give him credit. Also thanks for the free box's you gave us it helped a lot! This is a review about my experience so I can't say much about how much it costs to keep things here (helping family move things) but I'll say that the staff easily makes up for it I bet and from my experience of what I've seen and all.

I've been a customer here for almost a year (full-timer here) and thought we would stay for a while longer but unfortunately this company values the almighty dollar over their customer service and I just simply can't support a business that operates this way. Storage facilities are full most of the time now and that's what gives these companies the ability to treat their customers badly but just remember, there will be a time where you will be fighting to get customers and it's at that point where I hope this review will help people decide what kind of company they will choose to do business with. It's not hard to give good customer service to your current customers, you have to make a choice to offer bad customer service!

This place is great if you need space without the hassle of being on a schedule. Perfect for getting stuff done in season or waiting out summer heat.
