I manage a business on the island. I've been to this restaurant several times for lunch. Last time I was there it was very busy. 2 staff with a line of customers out the door. The employees were noticably stressed but they did there job best they could. I left a $ 20 tip bc I wanted them to know that I appreciate how hard they worked.Today I went in @ 1130 there were 2 other customers besides myself in the restaurant. 2 girls working... Rude, miserable girls. They were outright disrespectful! I understand staffing is an issue everywhere but seriously?! Shame on you!

Was in a hurry and upon arrival was warmly greeted by Kay and Britnie. They were very friendly, fast and professional. So glad I decided to stop by, good customer service is rare now a days and my experience was excellent. Will be stopping by more often now. Thanks a million!

Wrap was good. It's the service that was lacking. Few weeks ago stopped in and guy working was exhausted. Had been working double shift for weeks... everyone had quit. Today 2 young women were working. One very sweet and one bully. The bully critized everything the other team member did. I was appalled. Needess to say she walked out the door right behind me. My guess is she had enough of the bullying. Hope management/owner sees this post

I buy a lot of sandwiches over there as manager at CVS and even other employees they all say the same... the owners are really friendly... James and Mark are friendly and make you an excellent sandwich like you want... Keep the good job.... and great custumor service

We aren’t locals , we are on vacation and decided why the heck not let’s eat subway . We were tired from long road trip and it was close to the hotel , let me tell you !!!!! Mark from store #43992 was AMAZING ! He made my children feel happy and made the food with such kindness and love ! Legit I don’t think if anyone else would have made the food it would have came out so delicious he made our food with love ! This man made coming to subway an absolute pleasure , OWNER OF SUBWAY STORE #43992 MARK WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND YOU NEED TO CONSIDER A RAISE ! we will be back to this subway just because of Mark . Take care of worthy employees they don’t come often ???? Thank you for the best subway experience mark !

Odd experience. Was at the Ice cream place in the same plaza and decided to get subs and put an order in on the app. Drive over and as I'm walking in I see another person who is also walking in slightly ahead of me, is it a customer, is it a worker coming for their shift? It was a worker coming in for his shift, goes behind the register and prints out my online order and it turns out he's THE ONLY PERSON WORKING, lol. Glad I didn't show up any earlier. Dude was super cool and personable and he made the sandwiches extremely well. Just be prepared if you are down here on vacation and have a hankering for subway.

Ordered 1 hour in advance online. When I arrived to pick up the sandwiches the order hadn't even been started. I had to wait in line while the server took care of 4 customers who were standing in line ( exactly what is the point of on line ordering?!?!). She then completed my order. When I got home, found the order was completely messed up. Never again! I understand this poor girl was completely overwhelmed, but where are the owners of this place. How are they even accepting on line orders if they cant take care of the in store customers??
