“Visited July 15, '26. I needed assistance setting up my Sunpass that was purchased at Publix, no matter what I tried it just didn't like my android phone (or me). Sherie at customer service was amazing--she was able to solve my issue and had me on my way in no time at all. Two thumbs up for Sherie! She's an impressive Publix employee-- knowledgeable, friendly and all-around excellent. This has always been my favorite Publix store.”

“I liked using the self checkout. I had variety of items to scan. I had different fruits and vegetables with different barcodes and amounts. It was pretty simple to use. A cashier was there to help when I scanned an item too many times. I'm disabled and need to go at a slower pace a lot of the time. This allowed me to get what I need at my pace, take care of shopping myself and get assistance when needed. I appreciate Publix for having the options. I'm 46, disabled, independent and a very loyal Publix customer.”

The coldcut counter has the best most professional workers of any Publix ,I've ever been in ( and believe me , I've been in loads of them)l, in all different parts of florida )
All this is not from the new managers ,this is just the way it is. The produce dept has gone under, I asked one of the workers there if a watermelon with yellow markings means there more ripe. He said he didnt know. Fruit , tomatoes half rotten in sealed bag. Salads are mushy and wet going bad.
Such it up Publix and fix your problems .
No one has money to throw away. It will take some getting use to but people will go elsewhere. I've been coming to this store since the first one was there way before this one was built. Get with the program .”
“I started shopping with a sleeping baby and proceeded to check out with a screaming and hollering baby. The staff bent over backwards for us. Helped calm my newborn as best as they could. They loaded all my groceries to pay and then loaded the bagged groceries into the cart and pushed it out to my vehicle. Another employee then helped me load the vehicle. Now while I am a physically capable man, the entire game changes when you have a fussy baby. I applaud them all of them for the help and support today around noon.”

“Over all less expensive than Publix, and in many cases cheaper than Walmart. Their vegetable., milk/cheese, and breads departments are notably so. A very eclectic home goods collection changes every month. A quick, cheap stop for necessities where it counts.”
“I enjoyed my experience at this store. They have fresh Mexican Sweet bread on Saturdays. They have a small meat and produce section, queso fresco, various Mexican treats and snacks, as well as a decent selection of beer. When we went their credit card swiper was out of service, but they accepted cash.
Oh and they also have lottery tickets as well!”

I visited the pharmacy at Summerlin road on 07/15/25 around 6 p.m. and was truly impressed by the level of care and attention I received. Both the pharmacist and the assistant went above and beyond to help me. The pharmacist took the time to patiently answer all of my questions, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. I felt completely informed and reassured.
They also took the extra step to look for discounts on my medication, which I deeply appreciated. It’s rare to come across such genuine kindness, professionalism, and dedication. Their excellent service exceeded all of my expectations.

“Great store with lots of space. Prices are excellent & good to see European items stocked. The only issue is the self serve - folks push other customers around in their urgency (?) to get to a till & if you have a mark down item, the register does not automatically identify it. I wish they'd bring more cashiers back.”

They still have covid prices plus at their stores and are a whole dollar more expensive for my Powerade Zero blue flavor, 12.5 Oz. Publix charges 7.48 for an eight pack and Walmart charges $6.48. How is my shopping a pleasure?”
