Stay away from this place. The biggest problem is the rudeness. The 2 ladies that work in there are the rudest, most condescending old bats in the swfl area.
Don't use them for a mailbox. You won't get your packages in a timely fashion. They close at 3pm...way too early....alot of my deliveries would come after 3pm. Then your packages are lost in the system of USPS. When you ask, they will literally yell at you.
I dealt with them for a year and it was the same thing over and over. I am not renewing with them. Even the USPS guy from the beach said the ladies that work there are rude.
There's a UPS store right around the corner, near the Publix. Go there instead.

Very unhappy they have hours 9 till 3:00, 5 days a week and will not accept packages from FedEx or UPS did not realize that when I signed up for a post office box. Hope to get my money back I have never received anything at my box address. I tried calling after hours no answering service and you cannot send a text message to the phone number so they do not want to be contacted. If they do not wish to give service the best thing they could do is to close this office down. There are other locations nearby from which to mail a package or send mail. I only opened my box here because fort Myers Beach does not have a fully operational post office yet since the hurricane and does not like to keep packages for mail but I do think they would give better service.

I went to mail my taxes today & lady that postmarked my envelope was the rudest person I’ve met in this state. She sneered at me like I didn’t have any business there. I left confused & not feeling like my mail was safe here.

For two days in a row, 12/9/21 & 12/10/2021, NO STAMPS!!! How does this happen?? No sign outside to let customers know. Reason, truck didn't arrive. Again, what? This is the disgusting USPS run by j*** DeJoy.

The ladies who were working here, Jo Ann and Charlie, were so sweet and helpful. I asked for a flat-rate box, but Jo Ann took it upon herself to see if there was a more economical way for me to mail the package. And there was!! Thank you. ?
